In the message I was asked to update my information on a fraudulent website. Due to this fraudulent activity I was forced to cancel my booking, of course by chance without repayment!!! The customer service of the provider was absolutely inadequate and incooperative. Despite multiple requests and statements, the amount outstanding was not repaid to me. I can only advise everyone to make a big bow to avoid similar problems and financial losses. It is disappointing that such unfair practices can occur on a platform like Airbnb. I hope Airbnb will take appropriate measures in the future to protect other users from such fraud. --- make sure your assessment remains factual and clear, but at the same time makes clear what problems you have experienced.
