As a Lifetime Platinum Bonvoy member with 999 nights in Marriott properties around the world, I intuitively knew from the moment I checked in after a LONG day of travel that I had in fact entered a Zen Zone, but in hindsight that was only foreshadowing for what was an incredible stay. C | Hotel & Spa is genuinely a full service private boutique family run hotel and spa with an incredible attention to detail and deliverables. With Maurizio I felt like I was checking into a private villa with my personalized concierge. Upon entering the quiet and clean rooms with premium amenities with a personalized hand written greeting note from one of the family members with some artesian treats from their in-house Bakery Cafe which is great for a mid afternoon cappuccino. The pastries are amazing, which are also part of the hotel restaurant where they serve an amazing gourmet breakfast with personalized service, but after my long day of travel on arrival day I dined in and Max “The Maestro” delivered a dining experience that made me feel he was my own private butler. A definite must. In fact it was so good I dined more than once during my stay which was fitting as the energy of the property is so calming, rejuvenating and revitalizing which brings me to my last incredibly memorable experience. C | Hotel and Spa has a really nice fully equipped private gym with premium fitness equipment and a comfortable garden views that is open 24/7, but with so much history with Marriott properties, as an adjunct but completely separate space they have a private spa that offers a Turkish Bath, a Hydrotherapy Plunge, and a cool and revitalized Kniepp water feature outdoors, and a most unexpected tray with complimentary bottled mineral water, fresh squeezed juice, a bowl of fruit, and or course a soothing tea. Wow! Private because you can book the spa as a private zen zone that is exclusively for the use of you (and your partner). An incredible setting that can easily rekindle one’s spirit and soul. Although it was a little on the cool side, being the time of year but they also have a roof top pool / lounge area that looks onto the mountains in the distance. All in all a great retreat to relax, breathe and grow….just book it and go. An incredible experience!

Kleines Hotel ausserhalb von Mailand. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, wenn man auf der Durchreise aus der Schweiz nach Italien ist. Die Zimmer sind modern, das Frühstück liebevoll mit regionalen Produkten. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten auf dem Zimmer waren alle super lecker. Ein wenig nervig war das zu intelligente BUS-System der Beleuchtung. Man suchte immer den richtigen Schalter. Insgesamt aber sehr gut.

Una chicca in Brianza. Un hotel dallo stile minimalista e che esprime personalità. L'entrata non è subito visibile perché dietro all'ottima pasticceria/bar dello stesso proprietario e coperta dal verde. La nostra camera era con piscina privata, domotica, ottimi il kit di benvenuto e la pulizia. Personale molto gentile ed attento. Abbiamo usufruito della spa su prenotazione dotata di vasca, cascate esterne e del piccolo bagno turco ed ottimo il kit di benvenuto in spa Sopra l'albergo c'è una terrazza panoramica quasi a 360 gradi con un'altra piscina

Un hotel muy bueno en general, pero su personal es lo mejor, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. La habitacion es muy luminosa, y la cama muy comoda. Se encuentra a 45 minutos de todo lo turistico, por lo que es necesario tener coche. El restaurante Materia prima muy bueno, carta corta pero con buena cocina, y camarero super amable, Max. Todos los dias nos dejaban algun detalle en la habitacion .Es ideal para relajarse despues de un dia de turismo!

We were looking forward to a relaxing 5 night stay (we paid with Marriott points which was an excellent deal BTW), but didn’t really see our expectations being fully met. The location is good, we wanted to be within 45min of Lake Como, and we got it. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a slick, minimalist design - we enjoyed a lovely check-in with Luca, had a wonderful room, and spent the days/ afternoons by the swimming pool. The daily room cleaning team was lovely and efficient, and left a nice little surprise every day which we loved (local juices, cookies, organic shampoo, chocolate). As a Platinum member, my loyalty to Marriott wasn’t recognised. I didn’t get offered a room upgrade, no complimentary breakfast was provided (€35 pp if paid in cash), and the cost of using the Spa is €25/pp per hour. Not great! In addition, there were building works going on at the roof, which means building site noise from 7.30-8am onwards. Our room had to be changed from 3rd to 2nd floor, but regardless, it felt less cozy and little relaxing to be by the main pool with a large moving crane above your head. It’s such a shame, as the place is well designed, the village is cozy, the lights are well thought through, the proximity to Como is a plus, it’s just that it needs to take guest reviews onboard, and improve in certain areas to make the guest experience better. We had a good stay for our 15 year wedding anniversary, but it could have been a lot more relaxing without the noisy building works.

Très bel hôtel, design épuré, matériaux de grande qualité. Literie impeccable. Personnel très gentil. Restaurant exquis. Chef de salle adorable. Petites attentions dans la chambre. Piscine toit-terrasse et sale de sport 24H24 ! Ne manquez pas la pâtisserie a côté de l'hôtel. Quelques remarques : le seul miroir dans la chambre est un tout petit d'environ 20 cm au-dessus du lavabo. Très faiblement éclairé par un petit spot semi-encastré au plafond. Pas de sèche-serviettes soit température limite dans la s.d.bain. Pas d'étagère dan la douche pour poser gel douche... Pas de peignoir ni chaussons, pas de sèche-cheveux. Tableau de commande lumières assez compliqué.
