"Our cabin #1 had a gas fireplace. The second day we could smell gas. No answer at the front desk so I left a message on the emergency answering machine at 4 then at 5 again at 6!! we had the doors and windows open to vent the gas and it was cold. At that point I called the emergency number for the gas company who answered the call right away. Within 45 minutes the tech was there and yes there was 3 gas leaks in the fireplace. Ok place but be very careful with the gas fireplaces. BTW we have been home 2 weeks from vacation and the resort has yet to call me. Very POOR customer service!!"

"I had booked through trip.com, it didn't give me the option to let them know we had a dog. So originally booked a 2 queen bed and 1 pull out couch Suite. We got there and they said the suite wasnt pet friendly so we got downgraded and had to get a cot and the room was smaller obviously but the room actually costed more with the $40 pet fee than the the price of the suite."

"The resort is absolutely beautiful. The packages offered are slightly deceptive. Caution with cancelation policy even at 6 months out. If you make an error, they will not genuinely attempt to assist or refund you even 6 months out from the stay. I accidentally booked an extra room. Realized it 6 months before the stay. Disappointed, as the staff seemed quite antagonistic rather than helpful."
