We had a very enjoyable stay at the Residence Inn. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. The breakfast area was well maintained and had a much better variety of options than other similar hotels. We also found the employees to be professional and attentive. We would like to give special thanks to Deb who was always attentive, friendly, and helpful during breakfast.

A miserable experience, so bad that I left w/o spending the night. It began with finding that Marriott has decided to replace their Keurig coffee makers with some weird off-brand coffee maker. Then I found that the dispenser in the shower for shampoo/conditioner/soap had apparently been ripped off of the shower wall, and had not been replaced. Nor were bottles of the missing items available. So no soap or shampoo in the room. This used to be a pretty nice place to stay in Casper, and I have often stayed there over the past five or six years. But it has obviously deteriorated, and I definitely won't be going back. There are much better alternatives.

I stay at this property whenever I’m in Casper. Everything is nice and clean, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly - Cindee, Parker and Kellan at the front desk went above and beyond with their local recommendations, and Meagan in housekeeping was so nice. We will be back soon!

Nice play to stay for our last night on the road. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, gym was what we needed, location could have been a bit better, but not bad. Slept in until 7:30, which NEVER happens, so obviously comfy. Would stay again for sure.

This is certainly one of the nicer properties in the latter generation series of Residence Inn. I like that the doors are not in pairs so you don't hear your neighbor coming and going so much. The walls are thin, though. And I think the vents are shared as I could hear the conversations from the room next door coming out of the ceiling vent. I wore headphones to drown that out. This bothers me enough to keep me from coming back. Housekeeping could be better too. I was there more than 4 weeks and the carpet was never vacuumed. Be very careful if you are on a long term stay over 30 days. They will promise to refund the lodging taxes after 30 days but they didn't do that for me. I had to check out paying these taxes (more than $480) because the refund hadn't happened yet and no one was there who could do it.

The hotel is newer and is nicely located in town for restaurants. It’s very clean and the rooms are fine. The issue is the horribly cheap windows it was built with. Though I am a Titanium member with Bonvoy and requested a quiet room, I was placed just outside the elevators facing the interstate. The windows do nothing to stop the noise and I wasn’t able to get any sleep. I never complain to a hotel but this was just so bad of an experience I requested to speak to a manager, that was three days ago and zero response. The room was nearly $300 for the one night and my experience was not good. The front desk staff and the breakfast staff are so nice, it’s a shame the property is so poorly built and their manager doesn’t follow up with guests who request to speak to them. Stay elsewhere, or at least get a room on the quiet side.

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty. We were so pleased we extended our stay for a couple more days. Although the weather was great to be outside, our time inside was just right

My family of five stayed here in late-May and we loved the hotel. The 2-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and the full kitchen included many amenities. The basketball court, pool, and outdoor courtyard were the perfect places to unwind after a long day in the car. We slept comfortably and had a (surprisingly) delicious breakfast the next morning! I could not believe how fresh the food was and such a wonderful variety - oatmeal and yogurt with various toppings, fresh fruit, pastries, hot food items (with toppings like salsa, cheese, hot sauce, etc for the eggs), cold cereal, and several drink choices (even cold brew coffee!) We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Very impressed with the hotel. Clean. It's definitely a place to stay with children. Games to play in the lobby, grills outside, fireplace outside, basketball court was small but still a lot of fun for the kids. Our room was very spaciousness and had a good floor plan. We would certainly stay here again.
