We stayed at Super 8 West Casper for one night on our way from Rapid City(SD) to Salt Lake City(UT). The hotel room tidiness & basic amenities are above average. We booked online for a non-smoking single large-sized room. Somehow the front desk assigned us with a room with elder facilities. This was not expected but the room appeared it hasn’t been occupied for a while.

Was very happy spending a couple of nights here. Nothing is fancy or luxurious, but it's very well kitted out. Appreciated the laundry facilities, free popcorn and good WiFi. The staff were very nice and helpful too which made a big difference. Won't go wrong if you just need a place to lay down whilst in Casper.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Washer and dryer were not working and that was a reason we picked this location over other hotels in the website site.

Friendly Customer Service
There were a few negative circumstances we ran into (e.g., the hallway smelled like smoke, our TV didn't work, there was no iron in the room), but each was met by staff with quick action, an apology, and a smile. The positive, helpful attitude of the staff made all the difference in the world!

Needs better cleaning and mattress needs updating!
Don’t bother with the hotel food. Waste of time- go to Wendy’s for cheap biscuits. The beds were horrible in our room. I had to ask for a clan shower curtain ours was dirty.
