In stayed in an interior accessible room and had a good stay. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The bed were comfortable and not as firm as some of the other places I have stayed. There is no alarm clock or safe in the room. Overall I would recommend this location. There is a Starbucks just outside which made for a quick way to grab a coffee on the way.

Just checked in and found the temperature in the room at 76 degrees. We attempted to set the thermostat to air and had no success. We then called the front desk and were informed the boiler system has been turned off for the season. We are now stuck here for the night in a sweltering room. This is not acceptable and will continue to pursue a refund.

I was a little hesitant about booking this hotel because of the low price we were offered, but I'm sure glad I did. The room was very clean and in excellent working order, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole facility was a delight after a very long drive that day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to or through Casper.

Fast and easy check in with a smiling face at the front desk. Hotel centrally located in Casper Wyoming. Room was super clean and equipped with all modern conveniences. Would recommend this to any traveler.

My first stay driving to Devils Tower, WY, I was assigned a room in the back; and I had to contend with a relentless sound of rolling metal in the afternoon through the night. Reluctantly, I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water... even after I was instructed when I called the front desk to wait 30 minutes. Lastly, there was no ice from dispenser. My second visit four days later in route back home in Orange County, CA, was much better because the front desk clerk had sympathy to my previous bad experience. As a result, I was given a room up front where conditions were so much better. Therefore I’ve changed my review from 1 to 2.

I was initially impressed from the lobby entrance when I checked in. After being assigned a room in the back, I had to contend with a relentless sound rolling metal in the afternoon through the night. Significantly, I had to take a cold shower because there was not hot water... I was instructed when I called the front desk to wait 20 minutes. I decided after 40 minutes to chalk it up to an adventure as it reminded me of 6 grade camp in the mountains. However nature doesn't charge you money for the experience... Lastly, no ice from dispenser.

Rather, I had to take a cold shower because there was not hot water… I was instructed when I called the front desk to wait 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I took the plunge. Somewhat of an adventure because it reminded me of 6 grade camp in the mountains.
