I have stayed here several times and the rooms are always nice and always clean as was the case this time. The Bistro menu can be quirky (avocado toast should not be store-bought guacamole toast), but generally good. The hotel was quiet also.

The only good thing I have to say is the day shift check-in person was very helpful. The new bistro menu needs a lot of work. Who eats tater tots for breakfast with chile lime,cheddar cheese, green onion, bacon, buffalo ranch dressing? Pool was closed all 3 days we were there. NOT HAPPY.

Not a bad hotel - albeit in a small town sort of way. Heaps of parking, nice little restaurant in the lobby area. Bar thats open til late and very helpful and friendly staff. Room I had was different as looked like it was a larger room modified as the wash basin was outside of the shower area. Decor was quite older looking but room was very functional. I faced the back side of the hotel over the freeway and would suggest you ask for the front facing side. Overall a decent hotel - spent a week there.

We stayed here on a cross country road trip. The hotel was easy to find and everything was great. They are renovating their Bistro restaurant so breakfast is temporarily limited to cold items, but the fruit, yogurt parfaits and breakfast breads were fresh and delicious. I just want to take a moment to commend TAYLOR for a warm and welcoming check in experience. She is special!

I’ve stayed at this place before and it was fine, which is why I gave it an extra star. However, I would only give it 1 star for the most recent stay. There was hair and a toenail clipping on the sheets when we first checked in. There was multiple red stains on the carpet. They also switched over to a new dryer sheet, so the bedding had a strong fragrance that gave me an allergic reaction. Good news is that they switched the sheets for us once we asked. We also woke up to the fire alarm going off for just our room since they were doing testing. Might’ve just been a string of bad luck this week for them, but wouldn’t recommend staying here until they figure some things out.

We had planned on staying one night on a road trip but ended up staying three due to the blizzard! Everyone was amazing. It was definitely a challenge for the staff due to the inability to get to work but the ones who were there did such an amazing job! Food was great and our room was very nice!

Got to our room wore out from driving through a Wyoming blizzard. My wife needed a hot bath but the water flowed brown. Asked the front desk clerk and they stated the boiled broke the day before and they had just gotten it fixed a few hours earlier. Why didn’t the management call each guest and tell us not to be alerted. We brushed our teeth with bottled water and didn’t shower until we got to the next hotel.

We stayed in room 307 and there is mold on the shower curtain we did not notice this until we took a shower the day we were supposed to check out we stayed one night and the room we stayed in did not look like the room I booked. We had our kids with us and with the mold on the shower curtain is very bad it was not just a little bit of mold it was a lot. When we went check out the lady was rude .she did not ask us how our stay was and took a phone call in the middle of helping me and was on the phone call for a while I just overall would not stay here again.
