Overall, we were disappointed with this Hampton Inn. After a long drive, we checked in looking forward to a restful night…but we found that: (1) our room was unpleasantly dark. Better lighting would have dramatically improved in our stay! (2) the faucet fixture for the sink in the bathroom was placed in the most inconvenient location possible, so that it was impossible to properly use that faucet without bumping up against the sides of the sink. To clarify, the sinks are rectangular, and for some reason (perhaps the architect did not plan appropriately?), the plumber had to place the faucet on the corner of the rectangular sink. In addition, there were flying/crawling insects in our room, and also crawling on the windows outside our room. We were told that they are a seasonal nuisance, and that the hotel was working hard to keep them under control. However, the fact that the screen for the window in our room was missing did not help the situation. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Beds were so comfy! Room was very clean with plenty of towels. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good with many choices. I appreciated the different coffee options. Jameson at the front desk was so friendly and extremely helpful. We had a great experience.

The hotel is conveniently located. We stayed here on our way to Wyoming. In general the hotel is clean and well kept. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue we had was a loud A/C. It kept us from having a restful night. Self-laundry was convenient since we were in between campgrounds. Breakfast was decent. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Stayed at hampton inn and suites Casper for one night while travelling across the USA. Room: king size bed suite (4th floor) Check-in: 5/5 Our check in was done using the Hilton app and the digital key delivered to my phone. No issues here. Parking: 5/5 The hotel had ample parking with no issues arising from not having a space available for our vehicle or our trailer. Room: 4/5 Our room was clean, and comfortable. Room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed while traveling with pets . The bathtub however had some red blotches on the bottom of the tub. I tried to clean it myself but it looks like it’s the tub itself. A little off putting The bed: 5/5 The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. Pillows were a good variety of soft and firm. The pool/hot tub: N/A We didn’t have a chance to check this out due to it being closed when we were there. Overall: 5/5 Overall our stay at the Hampton inn was great. Quiet area of town, comfortable room and easy parking made this a great choice while travelling through. Additionally they are pet friendly !

No complaints for a hotel in this class. We got exactly what we were looking for - a good night's sleep, good temperature control in the room, quiet neighborhood and quiet inside the room. Breakfast was as expected - it's not amazing at Hampton Inns in general but is adequate to meet our protein needs for the morning and get us on our way. Seems to be popular with business travelers. Very friendly staff.

The hotel staff here is great! Very polite and willing to answer questions about places around the area. It is just off the highway so it is convenient and places to eat/shop are a short drive away. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. I can't tell if it is fairly new or just had a renovation, but it is very nice inside. The rooms are spacious (we had a 2 queen room). There was a chair, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is very nice as well. They offer the Zero % brand for their soaps and lotion (which smells amazing!). There are plenty of plugs around the room and the desk and beside tables also have usb ports for your charging needs.
