Hotel room and breakfast was great. Charging for extra creamer for coffee in the room was a bit of a hassle as there was only two small pods provided.

Such a lovely hotel so central in cascais. Its new and done v well, and v clean. The restaurant is stunning. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Made our stay more than pleasant.

**First time in Portugal**, and we chose the Hilton hotel as we were confident in their service. Indeed, we were not wrong. Friendly staff explained everything thoroughly. We arrived a bit early, but they prepared the room for us. The location is very convenient: **Lisbon is just a 30–40 minute taxi ride away**, and other attractions are also nearby. The rooms are cozy and clean. **Complimentary water** is provided. Breakfasts are delicious.

Parking is so inconvenient. I paid about 17 euros to stay at a hotel.
Almost all hotels provide coffee capsules for free,
but I used 3 capsules and one primer, and they deducted 25,932 won from my deposit and refunded it.
The coffee was so bad that I drank it and threw it away.
The hotel is pretty new and absolutely pristine, with a lovely decor downstairs. The room was spacious with plenty of storage and really good AC. Breakfast is great with a great choice of options. The staff were truly wonderful - very friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast, reception staff and the porters. It’s also well situated with easy access to the beach and town. The indoor pool and sauna is small but felt very tranquil. We were too lazy to use the gym, but it looked great. The only downsides are that water is provided on the first day only - after that it was 4 euros. I have never stayed in a hotel where there wasn’t free water every day, although there was a small jug of water available at reception. The other downside is that there were only 11 sunloungers and on a few days we went to have a quick sunbathe only to find they’d all been reserved with towels by people who were presumably enjoying a leisurely breakfast. It spoilt the enjoyment of the pool area.

Our stay was consisted of three (3) rooms and six (6) travelers. Every person in our family had an amazing experience. Lisbon, Sintra, and especially Cacais were amazing. The people, food, and surroundings were all perfect. The Legacy Hotel Cascais and especially the staff truly made our stay. Special thanks to Catia, Daniela, and Juan; our bartender was truly an artist for our family happy hours. We all highly recommend the Legacy Hotel Cascais!

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights during a 10 day Portugal trip. Very relaxed and nice place, just a light walk from the downtown Cascais area. I had a work emergency which required super fast internet access and Sara and her team went above and beyond to help me. And it all worked out :) After checkout we went to another hotel in the next town, Estoril. When we got there we received a message that I had forgotten my bluetooth speaker in the room. Tomas, one of the staff members there, dropped it off at our new hotel location. Unbelievable service! :) I highly recommend this hotel. Nice, clean, relaxing, reasonably priced, and the staff is the best!

The friendly and helpful team are the icing on the cake when it comes to the Legacy. The hotel is just a year old and the lobby restaurant and bar are fabulous. The bedrooms are equally comfortable spacious and relaxing. Breakfast was very good. Pool area is very nice quiet and sunbeds very comfortable. Beach/pool towels are soft and large and the fitness centre is quite spacious and well equipped. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend it thanks to super Mario - superb service

In many ways, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The aesthetic is even nicer than the photos show. Many of the staff are excellent - I would like to recommend Bruno, Daniela and Bertina in particular as being very helpful. The breakfast is, without doubt, the best hotel breakfast I have tasted in my life. So much fresh choice - loved the beetroot and ginger shots! My room was bigger and more comfortable than expected. The AC is efficient but quiet. Balcony area spacious and outdoor furniture stylish. Pool area is really clean & sunbeds are brilliant - so comfy! I ate lunch at the restaurant and the pizza was really authentic and delicious. Disliked · If I'm paying 200 Euros a night for a hotel, free bottled water and coffee capsules should be provided in a room. To want clients to pay for this is really penny-pinching and unattractive. Upon checking in, the receptionist wanted to take a pre-authorisation payment on my card. Without even mentioning it to me, she added an extra 100 Euros on this payment! This is really sly and should be at least communicated to client prior to taking payment/pre-authorisation. After I disagreed with this, she said it was fine not to pay as long as I paid for anything I ordered from bar/restaurant at the time and not put it on my room bill. I agreed to this. However, the hotel continued throughout the day and the next to take this pre-authorisation payment! After informing me it was OK not to. This is TOTALLY unacceptable.

From the moment I arrived at Legacy Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service from the staff — especially Joan, Ana Sofia, and Bertina.

Fantastic 4 night stay. Staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The location is good just a few minutes walk to some really good restaurants. The breakfast was good, I really enjoyed the fresh fruit and greek yoghurt and the sweet breads. The cooked food wasn't a huge selection. There was plenty enough for me but if you want a full English fry up then you may be disappointed. The room was very smart, nicely decorated. The only grumble was having to pay for coffee pods when you use the 6 you are given, which isn't even one coffee a day each. That's a bit mean! The TV in the room isn't a modern smart TV either. Balcony was really nice. The pool is nice but very small, the beds are really comfy, they provide towels, we didn't find a problem but it was busy in the afternoon and some people couldn't find a sunbed. The gym was good and we used it a lot however the water was often empty, which after Burpees is disappointing! I really liked the hotel and would definitely return, thank you!

The curio legacy is a lifestyle hotel with some nice design touches and chic. This is an oasis of calm in popular Cascais. The team at the front of house , breakfast and the bar team are super adding to the bespoke boutique vibe. Keep up the exceptional class act.
