Had a comfortable stay. But left my jacket in the room after I checked out. I called a few times after and was told my jacket is not there and hasn’t been handed in to the lost and found. Very disappointing

The place was rundown and none of the 4-6 vending machines worked No wifi on our floor(2nd) and our first rooms refrigerator wouldn't close and was hot. Door too room wouldn't shut on its own, and no outside lights in parking lot or on building. No trash can in main area or extra toilet paper. Towels were sparse. Good water pressure.

No hot water for 8 of 12 days; staff is slow and don’t speak English; staff ignores Do Not Disturb door hanger and doesn’t answer the desk phone; unbearable noise levels; garbage is everywhere; there is no breakfast (at least not worth eating and coffee is as weak as tea); Internet doesn’t work; key cards don’t always work; poor tv channel options; and management is not accommodating at all whatever the reason.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, breakfast was cold right at 7, all plugs in room were loose so plugs wouldn't stay in. Parking lot had lots of trash. Pool seemed nice.

Cheap place to stay but the guests are shady, lots of trash around the property and they never have hot water. At least the pool is clean.
