Clean and quiet with nicely furnished rooms,comfortable beds and good shower. Staff was courteous and helpful. The location couldn’t be better. It’s five minutes from major malls and theaters and it’s near many scenic walking paths. Only five or so minutes from the airport

Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. In a great location for restaurants and shopping. Great Stay would definitely choose again if I travel back to the area.

Excellent stay and the breakfast was fine Room was clean and bed was comfy.Be aware the airport shuttle was $15 extra to the airport .

I had a wonderful experience here - room was quiet, clean and comfortable. bed was not too soft and not too hard. Nice counterspace in bathroom, shower has excellent water flow and aftr being out in the heat all day, it felt wonderful. I will be coming back here. Checkout was seamless and they accomodated me checking out an hour later.

Picked this property because I had previously stayed and enjoyed it. When I return to the area I like to stay for the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. Would recommend staying at this property.

Everytime I fly in and out of GRR, I stay here. It's always clean and the staff is so kind. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is nice. Convenient to the airport with several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is an older hotel, so the lobby area is a bit beat up. The room was clean, bed comfortable, however, our toilet was not bolted properly to the ground and was quite loose. The shower had probably the best water pressure i have ever had at a hotel, but the tub was a bit dingy. The food options were typical for a free hotel breakfast. Breakfast area is smaller than normal, so it was crowded trying to get food since there is not a lot of counter space. It was ok for what I needed it for and it was inexpensive. Aside from the toilet thing.

The pillows are comfortable. The bed was made daily which I really appreciated it very much. The staff was wonderful. I enjoyed staying there. I would come back in future.
