Be careful this hotel!!!!!
It's my first time to leave a bad review. Never go to this hotel for Asians. I made a reservation because the hotel's design is unique, but the facilities are very old. The front desk worker said something racist about Asians when he greeted me on the last day. Maybe he thought I didn't know that. I asked him why he said that, and he quickly changed his words. Racism should never be anywhere.

A great hotel. Staff really helpful and accommodating. The rooms are all themed. I stayed in the James Dean suite which consisted of a seating lounge area, two bathrooms and an enormous bed. The room was had everything you needed. The restaurant in the Mezzine for an evening meal was extremely nice, staff very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was also held here and was a big one. Plenty of food, set you up for the day. The spa was also very good. Had a Hammam massage by Miriam she was excellent, had a hard task with lots of knots but she did a great job making me feel good. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend

What a delightful boutique hotel. The staff were so helpful. No request was too big. We both had a Hammam/ massage. Devine. Our suite was gorgeous. The restaurant supplied all we required. The dinner menu was very inclusive. The chef made pepper sauce for my husband. The breakfast was a feast in itself.

The hotel looks nice and is located in the new area of the city. At the front desk the staff was really helpful and friendly. We had a suit, large, very nice decorated, with a huge terrace, facing the back of the building. The suite had 2 bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family. The breakfast was not an open buffet, they brought to table everything that they offered. The offer was large enough to find something suitable for all tastes. But they were slow in the service, so slow that second day, my husband actually refused to have breakfast there in order not start the day with nerves again. My biggest complain would be related to the restaurant located downstairs. Even though is very convenient to have dinner there and they serve very good food, they have live music until late in the night 2-3 am. The music could be heard even on the 3rd floor.

We enjoyed our stay at Art Palace Suites & Spa. It’s in the central region of Casablanca, near Barcelo hotel. We stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room on the sixth floor. King bed. Shower / jacuzzi bath tub combo. A set of robes and disposable house slippers provided for each guest. In the ground floor, they have a spa. Provides hammam services, massages, sauna, a pool, etc. it’s not a modern aesthetic, but more traditional. Breakfast is available for additional cost of 14€ a night. Free WiFi. The location of the hotel is also very convenient for catching the tram or bus. We were able to get into the corniche very easily. I love hammams, so I would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Casablanca! Thank you Art Palace for your hospitality!
