"Nira Beach House" is a beach house that is a 10-minute walk from two stunning beaches (S. Julião and Foz do Lizandro). It is located 10 minutes from the fishing village of Ericeira, 25 minutes from Sintra, with its magical monuments and 40 minutes from Lisbon airport, by car. It is a house that combines the simplicity of forms with the refinement of details, with an excellent view of the sea (in the 5 bedrooms, living room and kitchen), full of natural light, it offers the best of both worlds, the tranquility of the countryside and the sea air. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living room, which is very spacious and comfortable, with views of the pool and the sea. The outdoor pool is always available (it can be heated), it is great for soaking in the water, well located on a large terrace to the south, sunny and with plenty of privacy that invites relaxation or water games. Enjoy a special sunset, next to the pool overlooking the sea. It also has outdoor furniture for meals and a barbecue, an outdoor shower and leisure and relaxation furniture by the pool. Parking is free, inside the property (capacity for 3 cars) next to the house; as well as you can use bicycles for beautiful mountain rides overlooking the beaches.
