Courtyard Cartersville

We stayed in our room #421 from June 27-July 1st we were told that we would have room cleaning every other day. No one cleaned. When we asked about it they said they had no one to clean the room. We requested it to be cleaned and they said they would and they did not. Then they charge $5 a day to park in their parking lot.

Just like Jimmy, not even close to the best. Be prepared for an incidence fee of twenty dollars in case you want to use their ten foot long bar or you happen to want a six dollar cup of Starbucks. There is no complimentary breakfast option or coffee or tea unless you use the room drip coffee maker. Other than that it's Starbucks. You will also need to bring any lotion or toothpaste as well. When checking out they said ******* said my credit card was rejected but after checking it was a lie. They ran my card for the twenty I was supposed to get back and I left. After checking my account both amounts were deducted from my account. Not happy with the rate or the front desk shady practice. They basically stole my twenty!

Everything was great except for the bar. Terrible bar service. Bad attitude that was ripe with condescension.

The staff was extremely welcoming & courtesy. I will stay at this location again & recommended it hghly to friends and family.

Great hotel the best one we have ever stayed at and will come back in the future. I love would give this hotel a 10 star if I could. Highly recommend staying there.

Check in was easy, room was clean, quiet (I was in one of the rooms closest to the elevator and was fine sounds wise) and comfortable. I have seen some other reviews regarding dips in the mattress. My mattress appeared new but I also felt a dip so maybe the foundation underneath is the issue. Nothing major. I was able to sleep just fine.
