Courtyard Cartersville

After a rough start to our family vacation, we much arrived later than planned. Mykie at the front desk was so kind and welcoming- even at the late hour. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and we would highly recommend staying here.

The fact that you had the bistro and a bar meant that we didn't have to get back out after a long trip to find a restaurant. I didn't care for the fact that you charge $5 to park in basically the suburbs and it's not like downtown in a big city where the parking is a premium

For starters our room had an odor. I’ve never been to a Marriott and it not bee top notch. I was told this hotel was fairly new, but the condition was not new. Also breakfast was not free. I’ve never been to a Marriott and you had to pay for breakfast. Then the breakfast options were not good.

We stayed in our room #421 from June 27-July 1st we were told that we would have room cleaning every other day. No one cleaned. When we asked about it they said they had no one to clean the room. We requested it to be cleaned and they said they would and they did not. Then they charge $5 a day to park in their parking lot.

Good, decent hotel. Very clean. I didn’t expect this, but they didn’t clean my room ( and another guest that I know of) after the first night. Also , tried to charge me a half day for an hour late checkout

Just like Jimmy, not even close to the best. Be prepared for an incidence fee of twenty dollars in case you want to use their ten foot long bar or you happen to want a six dollar cup of Starbucks. There is no complimentary breakfast option or coffee or tea unless you use the room drip coffee maker. Other than that it's Starbucks. You will also need to bring any lotion or toothpaste as well. When checking out they said ******* said my credit card was rejected but after checking it was a lie. They ran my card for the twenty I was supposed to get back and I left. After checking my account both amounts were deducted from my account. Not happy with the rate or the front desk shady practice. They basically stole my twenty!
