Of the 7 hotels we stayed in during our two week tour, this was the worst. Before I explain I must take the time to say thank you to Maria who is a real asset and is a breath of fresh air. The other receptionist was also helpful. The situation here was especially irritating as it was our final place and we had expectations of it being comfortable and of a better standard. Overall, it was rather grubby. My bed wasn’t very comfortable, the pillows were lumpy and the unit on which I placed my luggage and belongings was wobbly. The shower was adequate so long as you didn’t mind fluctuations in the water temperature. The TV wouldn’t work. Breakfast brought further disappointment with minimal engagement from staff, limited choice, no pastries and the only bread was toast which they did for you. If it wasn’t for Maria I would have only given 2 stars. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This is a fantastic location, walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The rooms are sparse but clean and the staff is helpful. Great air conditioning and comfortable bed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Este llamado hotel no cumple con el estándar mínimo requerido de un hotel. Aparentemente, este “hotel” no proporciona agua caliente. No pudimos ducharnos y, como resultado, tuvimos que trasladarnos a un hotel diferente. Tenga en cuenta que el clima en Cartagena es cálido y húmedo. La dirección del hotel ni siquiera se avergüenza de ello. No pensaron que sus invitados deberían poder ducharse. Tampoco pensaron que merecíamos una disculpa de ellos. This so called “hotel” does not meet the minimum standard required from a hotel. Apparently, this “hotel” does not provide hot water. We were unable to take showers and as a result had to transfer to a different hotel. Be aware that the weather in Cartagena is hot and humid. The management of the hotel dd not even feel embarrassed about it. They did not think that their guests should be able to shower. They also did not think we deserved an apology from them.

Emplacement idéal dans le quartier de Getsmani, proche des restaurants et lieux de visites. Etablissement bien entretenu, piscine agréable. Grandes chambres climatisées. Par contre, gros problème avec le service de laverie, du linge n'a pas été rendu tels jean, leggings sport, tee shirt. En partant, j'ai donné des consignes pour retrouver le linge et le renvoyer à une autre adresse en Colombie. Je n'ai pas aimé le manque d'implication du réceptionniste et le délai de réponse pour finalement me dire que le linge était introuvable. Il s'agit de toute évidence d'un problème de vol, aucun responsable d'établissement n'est revenu vers moi pour s'excuser au minimum ou me proposer un dédommagement. Bref, quel dommage...!

Este hotel es el peor en el que me he hospedado. Nuestra reserva era para 3 noches y solo estuvimos una. La habitación sucia, con un olor horrible a humedad y hongo. La habitación de mis padres estaba llena de mosquitos. Las camas son súper incómodas y lo que te dan para arroparte es una sabanita desgastada. El área donde está el hotel es sumamente oscura en la noche. No volvería nunca. Lo único bueno fue la Sra que prepara el desayuno en las mañanas que es muy amable.

Una auténtica pesadilla de alojamiento. En dos ocasiones nos intentaron estafar (inicialmente con el argumento de que no habíamos pagado la habitación y después con el supuesto impago del servicio de lavandería, algo totalmente falso y así se lo demostramos). Sumado a esto los colchones son muy blandos, entra mucha luz por las ventanas, el suelo está sucio y no hay agua caliente. Hay una especie de piscina, o más bien charca, inutilizada por la suciedad que contiene. Desayuno escaso y nada variado. No se lo recomendaría ni a mí peor enemigo.

Maravillosa opción si lo que buscas es que no funcione (y no arreglen) el agua caliente, sea ruidoso y no se pueda descansar por la entrada de luz al no haber persianas. Si vais a hacer uso de la lavandería llevad ropa un par de tallas más grandes porque la encogerán. Nos intentaron engañar para cobrar dos veces tanto la estancia como el servicio de lavandería. Muy buena ubicación cerca del centro histórico, en el barrio de Getsemaní. El desayuno es correcto aunque nada variado, el personal de cocina es agradable.

Everything about this hotel is bad...the outdoor "swimming pool" they claim to have on their property is kids pool. There are no balconies. The air conditioning is below the normal standard. The "breakfast" is disgusting. No hot water for a shower. Todo acerca de este hotel es malo ... la "piscina" al aire libre que afirman tener en su propiedad es una piscina para niños. No hay balcones. El aire acondicionado está por debajo del estándar normal. El "desayuno" es asqueroso. No hay agua caliente para una ducha.
