Motel 6 Carson, CA

Nice and quiet place

The location of the hotel was satisfactory, but one of the employees was rude when i asked for help w the pay kiosk. The bedding made me itchy one night one, but it was changed. The staff are slow to answer phones as well. You get what you pay for basically.

The location was terrible, but that's not really the motel's fault. Our room's location however was right in the center of the party people there for a rave. We are a family with two small children and sleeping was incredibly difficult with the consant yelling and music. You would think that the staff would notice that and put us in a different area of the motel.

the employees were extremely rude and judgmental. forced me to pay one night over the phone prior to arriving and then threatened to cancel my room because they “knew i was going to cause problems.” then, after i threatened to call corporate, he changed his tune and allowed me to check in. upon checking in, the bathroom was filthy, with hair on the towels and pee on the seat. i normally love motel 6 but this experience turned me off for good.

It’s good just for convenience of location. However, AC did not blow enough to keep the room cool. TV remote kept glitching. Pillows were flat and didn’t help with sleep. Customer service and house keeping was very nice and the room was clean. It’s definitely not a good sleep though in my opinion.

Great for the price For a super budget hotel, this place was pretty good. No frills and comfortable. The staff was friendly and explained things clearly! Towels were clean and could tell they bleached them. No bugs which is a super win. Only heard noise from the hallway and occasional luggage bump in the mornings. Central location with tons of nearby stores~ The place could have a few things replaced like the ac and some of the doors. It was a little bit humid since there isn’t much of a fan.
