Hotel has nice views. Beds were ok. Rooms were clean. Noise between rooms was noticeable especially when people upstairs are dancing the polka! Exterior needs maintenance. Check-in staff were very friendly. Pool hours were odd so didn’t get to experience. Hotel is situated in serene setting and not really walkable to much. Hood River is 30 minutes and $3.50 in tolls away. Nice hiking nearby. Not sure it was worth the price we paid.

Spa was great. Staff are wonderful. A little bit of a line at 4 when checkin time is but staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms are great!
I always wish hotels had the large refillable shampoo dispensers instead of the small individual ones; so much less plastic.
I also wish there was a link/ QR code on the hotel website to make reservations at the spa for treatments.

Warning to families, you must be 18 to enjoy the hot springs although this is not made clear anywhere in the booking process. We drove two hours out of our way so our kiddos could swim, and were told they couldn’t!
Also, there’s a very bad bat infestation in the main lodge. Be careful with your pets, especially in the evening.

Cute setting but needs work
Staff friendly. Pools had odd hours. Rooms clean. Railings broken on stairs. Lots of peeling paint. Nice setting. Plenty of parking.

Loved the view from our hot on our deck. Room has a table a two chairs. Love those as well. Nice bed. Lovely place I would stop again if in the area.

The hot springs was delightfully hot without the mineral smell some have. We did the soak and wrap as well as the pool. Felt very pampered.

Hot springs and massage amazing!
Be prepared for lots of stairs. If you did not get the upgrade. Also, we did not have a microwave in our room.
Which made meal planning difficult as the diner is amazing. But has upscale pricing, it's definitely worth it, wonderful place.

We had wonderful time at carson, the room, balcony, hot tub, indoor pool were all very clean. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Great amenities, comfortable room and tub. Noticed that we were not asked (unlike other guests who checked in) whether we wanted room service. We never got room service which was fine. However, at the end, front desk nearly charged for 2 water bottles that we never got. Luckily, by making sure we checked out, we avoided an inexplicable charge.
