Отличный отель, расположение самое лучшее, шикарный пляж в двух минутах ходьбы, рядом все магазины и кафе. Приятный завтрак. А главное очень дружелюбный и ответственный персонал. Нам очень понравилось в Пуэрто-Рико благодаря этому отелю!

Our experience was amazing from the moment we arrived, the front staff was friendly and helpful with everything. The rooms were clean, and the location was great, places to eat in the hotel and also within walking distance, access to the beach is right across the street, also parking at the location as well. Prices were good too, definitely will stay here again for the next vacation.

Clean & well designed rooms. Parking available which was great for an additional charge. Beach entrance was right across the street which is very convenient. Would highly recommend!

Great location… hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Close to beach. Sadly rooms were small and need to be renovated with better lighting.

We arrived here after our cruise and check-in wasn’t until 3 PM. They did everything to accommodate us, including holding our luggage and getting us into our room by 1:30 pm. We asked for a late check out because our flight wasn’t leaving until later, and they also accommodated that they were very good about holding our luggage and helping with any needs that we had. The room was clean had everything that you needed, including shampoo and conditioner, a little fridge and a nice view of the city. It’s very close to the ocean just to walk across the street and you’re there. This was a very good experience at this hotel.

The customer service was terrible. The check in was abysmal. The room lacked light and smelled of mildew. Don’t waste your money on a room here.

Hotel is beautiful the staff is great. Our problem is we have been sitting in the lobby since 9am. We know check in time is at 3pm, but not 1 room has been cleaned where we can get in?? We use Wyndham often but have never not been able to get accommodated.
