Beautiful location on top of a hill in Tuscany. Staff was very accommodating. Sadly the room we were given was much smaller than the booking websites suggested and they didn’t have any other options in the same price range. The experience itself would likely be much better for families but us as a couple it didn’t feel very authentic and very much like a generic luxury resort that just happened to be in Tuscany. The food was expensive for the quality and the village where most of the rooms are doesn’t feel genuine since most of properties seem to be part of this hotel. The restaurant options are limited and clearly tailored around the half board experience which we’re not massive fans of. Maybe if we’d done more research we would’ve known. Overall I can’t fault it as a hotel experience but as a authentic Tuscan on it falls short and we wouldn’t go again.

Excellet place Excellent option. Only some issues with the room service. We were three in each of the rooms and there was no chance to make the personnel that prepared/cleaned the rooms to understand they needed to give un plates and cups for three people. Also had to ask for toillet paper. On the contrary the personnel at the breakfast area was absolutelly great. In particular Mrs Tyss, she was really kind and attentive.
