You have to go to the front desk to communicate if you need anything, but the front desk will be closed after 5 o'clock tomorrow. In addition, the washing machine is too dirty. This is an absolute treasure hotel. The room is amazing, fully equipped, and very comfortable to live in. My husband even wants to buy this unit and stay in Melbourne forever. It is really the best value for money. I highly recommend it. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I go to Melbourne in the future.
