We had a wonderful family stay at The Eminence. The location is excellent, just a short 10-minute walk to Melbourne’s CBD, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The service was outstanding throughout our visit. Victoria and her team were consistently responsive and helpful, promptly assisting us with any enquiries we had.
One of the highlights for us was the secure private parking, which made travelling by rental car incredibly convenient, especially for day trips outside the city centre. The apartment itself was spacious, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated the clean and ready-to-use amenities, including a dishwasher, oven, washer and dryer, and a full set of kitchen cutlery.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, comfortable, well-located, and supported by a great team. We had happily stay here again on our next visit to Melbourne.

Location is good and quite spacious for families, but the cleanliness isn't that good. The room is dusty, especially the pantry. The washing machine has some soy sauce in it, thank goodness we spotted it before loading the washing machine or else it would have been stuck and it would be our responsibility-
The shower is a bit odd, there's no seal underneath the glass door so the water would flow out of the toilet area easily.
Amenities wise, just beware that towels are not refilled daily. No one informed us about it upon check-in and it wasn't until the 3rd day, we were told that there is a fee for it. Overall, the service was a bit inconsistent.

Location Location
Convenience position with shopping, restaurants around. Walking distance to Chinatown, Melbourne Museum. Super fast wifi. Secure car park (extra payment of $25/night). Deposit holding of credit card payment of $200.00. Staying foe 3 nights. Bbq on the top level balcony with city view. Will comeback again.

There was confusion regarding the property type - I booked expecting a hotel, but this is actually a partially serviced apartment. Important to note that daily housekeeping is not provided. Guests are responsible for their own dish washing and waste disposal. The balcony cleanliness was below standard. Potential guests should be aware of these self-service aspects before booking to avoid disappointment.

Trip should mention this just as a partial service apartment. Rooms are not made on daily basis. You need to handle your garbage and dishwashing. For that price I rather stay somewhere else.

It was nice to stay with friends, it was convenient to have dishes so I could cook simple meals, and it was close to the city so it was nice to walk around :)
