The room was OK, but the air conditioning was not working. There was only one air outlet in the living room, which was a bit hot. The hotel front desk was not always staffed, probably because they were working 8 hours a day. There was no one in the morning or evening, so you had to call to contact them.

Apart from the extra charge for toothpaste and toothbrush, no slippers, and no daily cleaning, the hotel is clean and hygienic, in a quiet location next to Melbourne University and close to the tram for convenient transportation. It has a large space and has all the necessary family facilities. The toiletries are super easy to use, suitable for families who do not require high service.
