I had a disappointing experience. The room was extremely small and congested, nothing like the photos advertised. The air conditioner was oddly placed on the floor next to the sofa bed, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The soap dish in the shower was broken, adding to the inconvenience. The swimming pool was located in a separate building and reeked of garbage due to trash near the entrance. To top it off, many of the gym equipment were out of order. Overall, a very unpleasant stay—I would not return.

I booked this hotel near to my daughter as a last night in Melbourne. Looked at the pictures but not the reviews. When I walked into the room it was awful.
We went back down to ask where the room in the picture was but the man on reception couldn’t help us. We asked several times to speak to his manager, but he said she was in meeting . No I wouldn’t stay here again
The first picture is what is advertised the next 3 are the room we were given!

There is a Chinese-speaking beauty at the front desk, but you have to catch her on duty. Most of the time, she is Indian. It is next to the University of Melbourne. It is about 1 km from the city center. The lobby door will be closed at night, and you need to swipe your card to enter. It happened to be upgraded to a king-size bed room. The apartment room has complete facilities.
