Wonderful time. I hated to leave. Only complaint was I did not like the olives on the happy hour menu. They were awful! Olives should not be sweet.

There is only one thing I did not like love the place we we’re leaving to go with friends and I saw the housekeeper in hall way I told what room we were in and to please clean the room and fresh towels. She said okay but they never made it to our room so we get back to our room late I had to call front desk for towels that was another half an hour before they came. That is the only thing I did not like other than that had a great time.

Just wonderful. Michelle at the front desk made me feel so welcome I cried!! The gal at breakfast was so sweet and her smile just made our morning that much better. I forgot her name but we gave her one of our tokens she said she was putting towards her Disney visit. We wish we had tokens for everyone!! My Mom just loved the balcony watching the boats go by and the surfers and the sunsets were stunning!!! We enjoyed the pool so much and my little cousins came to visit, and we really had a wonderful time!!!

We had a lovely time and a very comfortable ocean view room. Everyone was very helpful and the restaurant Chandler’s was lovely and eating outside watching the ocean was special. The ballet staff were very helpful especially Bob Taylor, Ryan, and one more who’s name I don’t remember.

Our stay at this resort was amazing from start to finish! The staff was welcoming, the property was beautiful, and everything felt so well taken care of. I have to give a special shoutout to the valet team — they were all fast, friendly, and went above and beyond every single time we needed our car. Individual shoutout to Tayler! He helped us unload our luggage when we arrived and also, when it was time to checkout! They made everything so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this resort if you’re looking for a relaxing, top-notch experience, also very family friendly!
