The service at the Lego Castle Hotel in California sucks. Tell me about the strange things I encountered: 1. When Ctrip made a reservation, it showed that you could check in at 2:00 pm, and after 2:30, told me that it was only possible at 4:00, and waited in the lobby until 4:30 before giving the key. 2. The parking fee is 25 US dollars per day. After checking out the next day, I found that the pre-sale credit card was swiped for 50 US dollars. Fortunately, we hadn't left yet. We asked the front desk and told us that they swiped wrongly and refunded 25 US dollars. 3. The strangest thing is this. After leaving the hotel for 3 days, I received the monthly statement of the credit card and checked it carefully. The hotel has swiped more than 300 US dollars in my credit card pre-sale right. I asked Ctrip to ask, Ctrip The customer service is very serious, contacted the hotel many times, and finally got in touch with the hotel three days later. I don’t actually have the habit of checking my credit card monthly statement, if I don’t check it like I usually do. This more than 300 dollars was cheated by the hotel.

El hotel sin duda muy lindo, todo muy hermoso pero definitivamente es para niños pequeños, mi hijo de 10, ya no encontró el parque tan divertido, el de 8 lo disfruto un poco más.. Solo estuvimos 2 noches, por lo cual solo 1 día tendría q hacer nuestra habitación .. cosa que no pasó, con mucho trabajo vinieron a “jalar” las camas para q parecieran tendidas, todo tiene alfombra, y los papeles q quedaron fuera del bote, pues ahí exactamente los dejaron, me preparé un café, no dejaron más amenidades ( cremas, azucar, agitadores) a penas si un agua más, vasos usados, y en el mismo lugar, la tv se desconectaba y no dejaba ver canales, se supone hay wifi, pero no conecta bien, es muy intermitente. El baño, ni si quiera limpiaron el lavabo, se limitaron a entrar a dejar toallas y hasta ahí.. Mis hijos dejaron una maleta en el piso.. pues justo así la dejaron, ni para moverla y limpiar.. El restaurante, también muy lindo, pero poco q ofrecer.. los meseros y las recepcionistas, muy amables, siempre estuvieron atentos.. Hay una búsqueda del tesoro para los pequeños, que les encantó, les regalan legos.. ☺️☺️ Recomendable si tus hijos son entre 3-4 a 6 años.. seguro los disfrutarán muchisimoooo
