Great location; nice service; decent breakfast if you don’t want to go out and try some of the nearby places. Fun rooftop bar with great drinks. We were visiting our daughter and had a little experience with Carlsbad already, but this hotel was new to us. We will go there again.

We have stayed here a few times, and I love it! It has been my favorite of all the hotels that I have stayed at recently. So comfortable, very clean, the furnishings are nice and new, and you can’t beat the location. I always go running along the ocean, right across the street. There is so so much food and shopping within walking distance, it’s really fun. The staff at the hotel is always wonderful. I highly recommend.

This review is LONG overdue! Paola and team are AH-mazing! We had 18 families stay here for a soccer tournament and the service we received was top notch. From the last minute room changes and meeting room requests, their staff made it happen without complaint. Our team has stayed here 3 times and we have always had a great experience. We will definitely be back. Don't get me started on the location. Talk about prime real estate. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and the people that work here. 10/10 experience. If you are looking for a great place to stay for your group, look no further!

10 day stay. Air conditioner didn’t work first night , had to move rooms after 10pm. Did not get the balcony room we thought we were to get and reserved. Asked for room to be cleaned each day. Had to remind them half of the time. Had to ask for clean towels. Had to leave breakfast one morning homeless guy came in with fresh pissed pants smelled horrible touching all the Buffett food. 2 days are hallway to room smelled like a cow lot.

We had a one night stay on Sep 15th. We were treated exceptionally the entire time we were there. The front desk was accommodating to our request for early check in and gave us a call when the room was ready. We were provided with a nice welcome gift. The front desk was very responsive to our requests.

Inviting lobby, sangria upon arrival, wonderful, warm staff, extremely clean room and facility, rooftop bar with amazing ocean view, delicious appetizers and drinks. The breakfast area is very nice. We dined outside on a small intimate patio. Waffles, eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice, cereal!

The hotel is amazingly located by the sea and the (free) breakfast was high quality! Special mention has to go to Kelly and Talon who were friendly, Professional and super helpful in answering all my questions about the local area. THANK YOU!

Great friendly staff. Very nice comfortable room. Breakfast each morning was definitely a plus and very convenient. Location is excellent. Many restaurants within short walking distance. Parking each day by scanning your room key made going in and out very easy.
