Separate living area with gas fireplace, futon and a fold out chair-bed, dining area, and small but complete kitchen. The Hot tub and Lush yard with covered patio/grassy area/ trampoline/pizza oven/bbq is shared with the owners of the main house (so there may be kids toys in the yard!)About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Pack n Play, tons of toys, and playmates (my kids).About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
