Just completed remodeling this 4 bedroom home with beautiful hardwood floor, granite counter tops, brand new stainless steal appliances and furniture. Outdoor kitchen with bull bbq, refrigerator and sink as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach! The first bedroom has a king sized bed. The second bedroom has a full size bunk bed. House was great! We had an intimate gathering of some friends before a wedding and we loved the house and location. You’re just steps away from Cardiff and a short ride from Encinitas. The house had plenty of room to sleep and we utilized the grill and the kitchen. If I needed to stay in Cardiff again, would happily set up here again!

Family Vacation
We really enjoyed staying at this home, close to the beach and shops. There was enough room, beds for three families. If I am ever in San Diego I will be looking at this property.

Review
Laundry not working, we were unable to do laundry. The drainage pipes overflows.Owner/property manager wants to come in the property while we were there to measure the bedroom.

Excellent property 5 minutes from the beach
The property is newly remodeled and easily accommodated 12 guests. Loved the ability to access the exterior from two of the bedrooms. All toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided which made things very convenient. Communication with the property manager was excellent. 10 out of 10!
