No lift in the hotel. No kettle in rooms. Service of staff is good. Rooms are clean. Location is not bad. There are shops nearby.

El colchón de la segunda cama para los niños fatal. Para la cena te obligan a un menú súper copioso sin opciones a algo ligero. En la reserva indicaba niños gratis el desayuno y luego lo han cobrado. El chico muy desagradable. Hay otras mucho mejores opciones en Carcassonne.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel situé à moins de 10 minutes à pieds de la citée. Accueil sympathique, nous avions une chambre sur le derrière donc au calme. Chambre, literie et salle de bain au standard Ibis Budget. Bon petit déjeuner.

Tres bon hôtel au calme
Tres bon accueil.Personnel agréable. Chambres tres propres et fonctionnelles même si un peu petites. Restaurant proposant des produits de saison et faits maison.Personnel de tres bon conseil pour les produits locaux.
Il manque juste une bouilloire et du café dans les chambre afin de parfaire le séjour

Merci au personnel
Le personnel est vraiment adorable, dommage que la piscine etait couverte en plein mois d'aout il y avait pas grand soleil mais les 25 degres permettez de se baigner quand meme, l'hotel est bien mais manque d'entretien extérieur et l isolation est vraiment pas top .... on entend vraiment les chambre voisines, nous n avons meme pas osé mettre la télé.
