"Hotel booked and fully paid for on Trip but surprise: when you arrive you must pay mandatory additional costs, in addition to the tourist tax, for a total of €29/day corresponding to “services” (package including card to access the room, cleaning of it, towels for the swimming pool…) therefore an additional addition of 203€ to be paid upon arrival on the 1490€ for two, breakfast only, already paid. You are not allowed to go into the swimming pool without a swimming cap. The breakfast is not great. No small convenience stores around. You have to go to Monopoli for this (it's best to rent a car for the week anyway so you can visit the area). As much as some members of the staff are very friendly, others barely respond to you.. (breakfast room) Overall, we experienced much better for less money. Positive point of the hotel: the rooms are correct. A big thank you to Trips.com for their follow-up during our stay and their professionalism because the costs to be paid in addition to the price already paid are not mentioned anywhere when you book on the internet regardless of the site."

"Absolutely avoid this place! The hotel offered by the agency is nothing like the reality we experienced there! There was a reported water leak in the toilet that wasn't fixed, no Wi-Fi in the room, most of the sun loungers were damaged, the bikes were unusable, and they served paper tablecloths and plastic cups at breakfast (a 5-star hotel!!!), etc."

"Campsite with good sized pitches, all level and hard standing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not all had good English but way better than my Italian. We had an issue with the card machine when paying for the stay and on returning home I found I had been charged twice. However I contacted them and they were very quick to confirm the mistake and refund the money. Excellent customer service. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area."
