Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites ★★★
"I was in Victoria for a conference at the Conference Center, and Chateau Victoria's location couldn't have been better! Perfect walking distance with great stops for coffee, lunch, or dinner along the way. The Chateau staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all questions I had and you HAVE to visit the restaurant, Vista 18. There isn't a bad seat in the house with windows overlooking the town in all directions. My server, Scott, gave a fantastic dinner choice (halibut) which ranks in one of the top 10 meals I've ever had! Excellent wine and cocktail choices as well as desserts - as tasty as they are visually delightful. My room had everything I needed including a Nespresso and a small fridge. I WILL BE BACK! 5 stars."
Four Points by Sheraton Victoria Gateway ★★★
"It is, after all, Four Points by Marriott. The room is value for money, big and spacious, clean, and situated at the heart of Langford with many eateries nearby. Will definitely come back to stay again."
Ocean Island Inn | Backpackers | Suites ★★
"The front desk kindly upgraded me to a single room, the staff were very nice, and the room was clean."
Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites ★★★
"It is very good location and perfect waterview. The lights at nighttime are very pretty from parliament building."
Red Lion Inn and Suites Victoria ★★★
"It's too noisy. There is absolutely no soundproofing; it's practically a hostel."
Accent Inns Victoria ★★★
"The only duckie hotel in Canada it is! We love the big duck in the roundabout. Had a smooth and quick check-in. We were gifted two extra duckies besides of the one in our bathroom! Free coffee & tea at the lobby. This hotel is a renovated motel. We can park very closed to our room, where it’s only a stair away. A restaurant right next to the lobby. There are so many restaurants and shops opposite the hotel. The location was superb! The room was very clean besides of the soap bar near the bath tub. It was still dim after all lights were on, especially the area of full size mirror. No amenities in this building, but laundry is cheap $2 each only"
Motel 6 Saanichton, BC - Victoria Airport ★★
"Nice hotel with good location"
Hotel Grand Pacific ★★★★★
"Great location and staff. Rooms are a bit "stuck in the 80's". Expensive I think for what you get, but a nice stay"
The Bedford Regency Hotel ★★
"Nice view and cozy equipment all!"

Galiano Oceanfront Inn & Spa
"We really enjoyed our 2 nights at Galiano Inn and Spa. We booked it to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was everything we hoped for. It's right by the ferry, and even the entrance is beautiful, with the fountain and gardens. We stayed in the Valdez Suite #6 and loved the privacy and view from our suite. The room was spacious and included a sofa and 2 comfy sitting chairs. The complimentary breakfast included granola, yogurt, an apple, yummy berry jam/sauce and a muffin, which was sufficient for us, and enabled us to relax and enjoy breakfast on the balcony. The wood-fired pizza was very tasty, I liked it had a thin crust and lots of toppings and the location on the patio was perfect. The next night we had burgers at the restaurant, which were also really tasty. I was treated to a massage at the spa and it's also a lovely space. There is a steam room you can use with your treatment and a hot tub. The spa area was beautiful and relaxing. I loved that the resort had a beach and lots of places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. I did take a dip in the ocean but the tides were low during the day making an actual swim difficult. It felt like a lovely private resort, which was just what we needed. The staff at the front desk, the spa and the restaurants were attentive and professional. We left rested and rejuvenated. Feeling blessed to have such a gem in our backyard."

Fairmont Empress Hotel
"I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution."
The Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa, Victoria
"It is very convenient to come here to play golf. The golf course and hotel are well maintained, the environment is very beautiful, the service is warm, and the meals are fresh and delicious."
Rosemead House
"The room decoration is very good, the style is elegant, personally like it, although it is niche, but the health is good, the breakfast is also great, the external construction site affects the experience of entering and leaving, parking charges, and the construction site must be passed."
Royal Scot Hotel & Suites
"The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the Parliament Building. The room facilities are a bit old, but that's OK for the price. The room is big."
Quality Inn Downtown Inner Harbour
"The hotel front desk staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay pleasant! While not particularly clean, it felt a bit dated. However, it was still clean. There was no body wash, just basic soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location was excellent! Victoria Inner Harbor, Parliament House, and the hot spots behind them were all within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to visit restaurants, bars, and cafes and then return home. There are also numerous bus stops nearby, and Beacon Hill Park is within walking distance or by bus! I highly recommend it."
Poets Cove Resort & Spa
"Great view from the room. Nice hot tub & pool area."
Brentwood Bay Resort - Adults-Only (16+)
"The brand is not good, the star rating is too high, the surroundings are average, the quality is at most three and a half stars"
Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour
"It's right inside the airport terminal. It's really convenient. The service is excellent. The room facilities are also very good. It's very suitable for transit."
Delta Hotels Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort
"Free upgrade for me, great! Thank you! Is it because my membership level is too high?"
Amante Luxury B&B
Huntingdon Hotel and Suites
"Close to residential areas, very beautiful manor environment. Highly recommended! Was upgraded to a loft room, although there are plenty of options nearby, but it had a kitchenette which suited my needs. The staff are very warm and there is Nestle capsule coffee in the room, which is a good choice. The only downside is that if you have luggage, it's about 10-15 minutes away from the main transfer station."
