Spacious room with store (full black to sleep :) Good breakfast. Ventilation blows loudly, it can be a little disturbing at night

Muy mala la calefacción, sin teléfono (no funcionaba) el wifi muchas veces sin servicio, las chicas de conserjería no tenían idea de nada, bien la limpieza y bueno el desayuno, los toallones muy mullidos

El wifi no anda , las instalaciones deterioradas. La atención en recepción bastante mala . Los televisores viejos .

I spent two nights at this hotel last May...I am happy to recommend it.My room was very large and clean and serviced daily.Breakfast was excellent and really set me up for the day...The staff were friendly and welcoming and were always available to book a taxi and offer any help that was needed....Sleep quality was excellent and overall it was a very pleasant stay...I am happy to give it 9 out of 10.

The facilities are excellent, as is the dedicated attention of Denise at the hotel reception. Her cordiality, professionalism, and hospitality are worthy of note...I hope everyone can get to know Tucumán, stay at this hotel and have the possibility of being received by her. Greetings!

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city, the beds are correct, the television is very old and works very poorly. The bathroom is good. The breakfast was quite abundant, one of us needed breakfast without tac and it was very scarce and of low quality.

It is an old hotel remodeled with good taste and comfortable. My family and I were assigned an apartment with two rooms, one double and one double, and a bathroom. The bathroom was a bit tight. The correct breakfast is cold cuts, some fruit, something sweet and toast. Pets accepted

We did not feel well received by the receptionist who had little desire to be cordial with our concerns. The building is not modern. The breakfast was varied but not rich. I wouldn't choose it again.

Point to highlight the location, very good. Also the attention of the cleaning girls, very attentive. The negative part, they had to change our room twice, first because it was not the one requested and then the hot water tap got stuck, coming out non-stop for hours, filling the room with steam. The wifi did not reach the room well, it did work in the common areas

I called the Hotel for a reservation, after a while they contacted me to give me the information to make the transfer and it ended up being a SCAM. The Hotel is not responsible for who called me, but my personal information came from there. I do not recommend it. Be careful!

I highlight the location of the hotel, one block from the central square and a block and a half from Casita de Tucuman. The room is quite small, good mattress but we had a problem with the hot water. We couldn't use a shower, they repaired it but it continued the same. We only stayed one night.
