Hotel was good but wished the laundry machines took coins. other than that the rooms were a bit dark.

What made our experience so great was Tina at the front desk. We had to call with a request. We were nervous with our flight and arriving, and she couldn’t have been more fantastic. She was kind, warm, welcoming, understanding and so lovely. When I met her in person, it was like I had known her for years. This establishment is so lucky to have her. I’ve worked in hospitality for a very long time and she goes above and beyond and makes the guest feel so special

I stayed here for five nights and was let down in several areas. Housekeeping was minimal — just received a room refresh once where they made the bed and removed trash (no cleaning…I know for a fact). The other days…nothing. Towels had to be picked up at the front desk. Breakfast ended at 9:00 AM, and after 8:30 AM only dry cereal and yogurt were left. The room was spacious with a decent office area, but the beds and couch were very uncomfortable. The “heated” pool was too cold to enjoy, though the hot tub was fine. The pool bar was advertised as open 2:00–8:00 PM, but I never saw it open when returning around 6:00 PM. The fridge was poorly maintained, not cleaned out upon check in and only ran for two hours at a time. The room door would stick and you would have to play with it to ensure it closed behind (got left open during a pool trip the first day). Also smaller things like no tissues at check in and the toliet paper was almost gone shows how much the staff just doesn’t care. This hotel might be okay for a single night before a cruise if it’s much cheaper than alternatives, but I would not recommend it for an extended stay.

This hotel is in close proximity to several local attractions. The hotel itself is nice. They have an inviting outdoor pool and fitness center. The room was big enough for the three of us. Shower water pressure was absolutely terrible. Perhaps due to the number of guests they have all leaving for cruise ships. Be sure to get up early for breakfast. It’s a free continental breakfast. If you don’t get up early, you’ll be waiting in a long grazing line mooing with the herd.

The location was great our cruise and the hotel was clean. What I did not like was that I booked 4 rooms and paid far in advance. One of the rooms was booked in our granddaughter husband name. Recently they separated and would not let her check in because room was in Jakes name. I show her my reservation confirmation and still grudgingly she did allow her to a check in.
