4 Bed 4 bath Beach House Slps 15!! Htd Pool, Hot tub, Pool/Ping Pong, Golf Cart

We were really looking forward to returning to this property after a wonderful stay two years ago, but unfortunately, our experience this time was quite different.Upon arrival, both the pool heater and the garage door weren’t working. While they were fixed, we weren’t able to enjoy the pool for the first three days of our stay, which was something we had specifically chosen this property for. We were told when the pool tech would arrive but the garage door repair man just showed up. If we hadnt been there would he have been able to gain access? All of the boogie boards provided were broken, and many of the outdoor amenities were in poor condition—the back patio lounge chair cushions were worn and falling apart, and one of the cornhole bags was literally held together with scotch tape.Although the home appeared clean at first glance, I question when the last deep cleaning was. There was dust on light fixtures, some drawers were dirty, and the corner brackets of the fridge were especially grimy. The sheets on the master bed barely fit and were very worn, and the master bathroom soaps and shampoo were empty. The listing also advertises a “brand new playground,” but it is definitely not brand new.Positives: the hot tub, proximity to the beach, the golf cart, and the amount of space were all great.Overall, unless the property receives a proper deep clean and replaces several items (sheets, beach gear, cushions, light bulbs, etc.), we wouldn’t recommend staying

We had the best time! This property is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need/ want. We will definitely be coming back!

Convenient location we were here to visit family and love the location of the house. we have stayed here before and love this part of Florida. there are many local places, breweries, places to listen to live music on the water, etc.
