Got a room and the floor was filthy. when we walked in found smashed roaches on the walls one walking on the ceiling it dropped to the bed and went under the mattress. We never stayed. Totally disgusting. Still trying to get a refund. Oh and you can't leave a review on their website.

This is an old property and needs to be painted on the outside. Since is not a "city" property there is a majority of one night stays(except during first Mondays) therefore it is not going to be as pristine as a business hotel. Pretty good value for the money but a wouldn't make it an extended stay place. Convient to I20 and Dairy Palace; so OK for one night

The staff was not overly friendly nor outgoing they weren’t disrespectful either, but the room was clean. I was disappointed in at the quality of the water pressure and the provision the amount of toiletries that were provided. I was very disappointed when I came in from the after from the days work And the bed had not been made. There were several little things they could do that would’ve made it easier and better. The TV did not have a guide so I had to just search for channels but all in all it’s not the worst hotel I ever stayed in, but it was there, but it wasn’t the best day either but I would stay there again if circumstances were correct thank you

Close to where I needed to be. Room wasn’t cleaned and sheets were bloodstained when I arrived. Staff did change the sheets upon request. Like being able to have a smoking room and get two queen beds. Had lots of nasty bites after the stay…hoping it’s not bedbugs 😬

Wasn’t the fanciest hotel, but for the price it worked out perfect. Right off the highway and access to food and convenience stores. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It worked out for our needs.

Property unkept,
Dust dirt and grime, floors obviously were not swept or cleaned,
Stains on sheets and bedding. Smells terrible.

Very dirty. Floors dirty with visible debris and dirt. Linen on beds stained. Towels stained. Furniture in room disgusting to the point where I had them remove it out of the room.
I spoke with the front desk and the cleaner and showed them what was wrong they were honestly very polite and apologetic but the next day it was still dirty. I think the cleaners just don’t know how to properly clean and the front desk person didn’t care enough the offered me a refund for one of the 2 nights I stayed. You could tell he’s used to people complaining.

Overal
Check in was slow, but the room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would be great if they could have a real breakfast like eggs and bacon or sausage. Overall good stay. I would stay here again.
