Pousada Mali

The inn is nice, but the service left something to be desired. We booked the room in advance and on the day of check-in, the receptionist informed us that there had been electrical problems that had led to a fire. Therefore, there were no more rooms available for us. So they decided to put us in a lower standard inn, without breakfast and further away from Broadway, without telling us in advance. When we asked, he said that it would only be one night and that we could arrive for breakfast and that there would already be a room available. That was how the situation was resolved. But we wouldn't want to go through this inconvenience. Note: This didn't just happen to us, another couple we met at the house went through the same situation. I think, apart from this annoying situation, the trip was very good, Canoa is great and we liked the facilities at the inn, the only thing that needs improvement is the service.

Uma experiência para NUNCA mais querer repetir. O q procuramos em uma pousada é q pelo menos o básico funcione. O q n acontece! Para tomar banho vc precisa contar com a sorte pois n cai água do chuveiro e tomar café da manhã só a partir das 8h o que para mim é muito tarde!

O atendimento é péssimo, principalmente do proprietário. Não tem recepção o descaso é absurdo. Extremamente decepcionada. Café da manhã mínimo do mínimo, não tinha opção de quase nada. A piscina estava suja sem falar que estão em obras o que tira a privacidade do local.

Horrível no menos que -0 Horrível foi a pior viagem que fiz com minha família, minha filha tava aniversariando e a gente foi dormir não aguentamos o cheiro horrível de tinta resente e pra piorar o recepcionista foi mau educado com a gente, virou caso de polícia não recomendo jamais

A limpeza do quarto é muito boa. As toalhas são muito ruins. A recepcionista não é muito receptiva.
