Clean and tidy, the hotel is quiet, the house is compact, and the kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, so you can cook your own food. Unfortunately, you have to pay to use the public washing machine and dryer. There is a bus at the hotel entrance, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the beach. There are large supermarkets and McDonald's nearby. It is convenient and cost-effective. It is highly recommended.

An unexpected hotel during my trip to Australia. It should be said to be a resort. It has a water park, some children's amusement facilities, and an RV camp. The rooms are all small single-family houses, which is especially suitable for family travel. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at BIG4 Whitsunday Adventure Resort in mid to late May and had an absolutely fantastic time. This place is a paradise for families! The standout feature for us was the 13 waterslides in the splash park – yes, 13! Our kids couldn’t get enough. There were heaps of scheduled activities every single day, sometimes even twice a day, from outdoor games to crafts and movie nights. It kept them busy, happy, and completely worn out – they slept like rocks every night! The café next to the pool was such a handy bonus – great for grabbing a coffee or a snack while the kids played. All the facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained, and the overall vibe was super family-friendly and relaxed. For what you get, the prices were very reasonable, especially given the amount of entertainment and activities included. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun-filled holiday with plenty to keep the kids moving and memories to be made. We’ll definitely be back!

Streaming Disney etc., was not working well..
Several amenities were also not available.
For example one playground was torn down and being replace and the inflatable bouncing pad was deflated.
One staff was not knowledgeable about the tours offered in the area and booked the wrong tour for a toddler.
