"The hotel is very well located in a beautiful historic building with a lovely view on the lake and the typical harbor. The staff was very kind and helpful when we arrived as we didn’t know how to get to the hotel by car because it’s pedestrian. We had 2 rooms with balcony and we enjoyed the view all the evening But the confort of the rooms and the service were not what we expected for a 4 stars hotel. There was no air conditioning even if it was the end of May with 25/28 degrees so the rooms were too hot for sleeping. In the morning the receptionist told us that we could open the windows… yes we did but it was still hot and so we could hear the noise from the street behind and from the train on the lakeside. All the night we had the light from the street lights as there was no curtain to stop it and from 5am we woke up because of the daylight in the room. At 6am I moved all the furniture from the balcony into my small room to be able to close the shutters in hope to be able to sleep more. I have to mention that in the evening I enjoyed the TV from the room next door to mine and then the snoring of my neighbors… we can hear everything that happen through the hotel in the rooms. The mattress were too hard and so painful for our backs but that can be ok for others. The cherry on the top of the cake : The breakfast was very disappointing and expensive for the standard quality of the products. In resume, it’s a 3 stars confort good for one night maximum not a 4 stars. The receptionist the day we leave made feel us not considered. We won’t go back to this place."

"Just amazing place to stay in Cannobio. Sparkling clean, very helpful staff, and close to the promenade. My wife and I were here for more than 1 week in August 2024 and this was our 9th visit. Why would we return - 9 times - if this were not a grand and lovely place to stay. Cannobio is great, the Lago Maggiore region is great, and you will enhance you visit to the area by staying with Gabri at Appartamenti Ferrari! You will not regret staying here."

"The hotel is super located, has a very friendly staff and a exquisite restaurant. The rooms are clean and the windows are very close so we have not heard much of the promenade late in the evening. The room is cozy, the bed is very comfortable, everything very clean and generally a good atmosphere. Unfortunately, they had not booked as we booked, two beds in the room, but just one big thing we didn't necessarily want. The managers have admitted their mistakes without hesitation and since they had no room to be free, both friends have invited us to dinner in the restaurant that belongs to the hotel. We received this very generously, because the restaurant is 1-A, we can only recommend further. A very pleasant experience and we look forward to the next time."

High quality in food and products present in both restaurant and pizzeria. Exceptional price quality ratio. Quality wine paper. Surely recommended"
