The 16m2 terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Albères, as well as the residence's garden. Its orientation shelters it from the winds and allows it a pleasant use whatever the weather conditions
Extremely quiet apartment (no vehicles around the residence) and shops nearby.
The apartment provides 1 private parking space
The residence has a caretaker who ensures its cleanliness and security
