Response from Property: Hello, First of all, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that, as a small family-run establishment, we have specific service hours, which are clearly communicated both prior to booking and through several reminders sent before and during your stay. During the hours when we do not offer service (from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.), we always inform our guests that they can request any drinks or snacks in advance and store them in the fridge available for your use in the reception area. Additionally, in the same space, there is always a selection of teas and infusions available free of charge at any time. Regarding the eggs at breakfast, it is true that on the first day we served them both at breakfast and at dinner. For this reason, we decided to vary the breakfast the next morning to offer you a more balanced and diverse meal experience, which is part of our usual approach. In any case, when you requested them, we happily prepared them for you without hesitation. Concerning the hiking information, we sent you a detailed email prior to your arrival with all the suggestions and maps. That said, we are always available to answer any questions in person if needed. We are truly sorry if you felt you were not warmly welcomed. For us, each guest is special and we genuinely strive to provide a warm and friendly experience, always within the necessary structure of running a small family business.
