Stay at Canopy by Hilton Cancun was pleasant as location was ideal for us since Its just next to Outlet Mall La Isla. Where we can shop and have our meals there. Lots of entertainment for whole family too. Walkable along the hotel line to the beach and supermarket. View from our room was so lovely. Pool area was a good place to just chill out and enjoy the view. Water drinking dispenser at each floor but i think need to clean it up occasionally. As water is hard water that leaves white residues.

Pool party was awesome. However I expected a more service oriented approach at all.

Hotel is next to shopping mall and provides free parking during our stay.

Excellent hardware, disappointing service The hardware conditions are very good, and it is the newest hotel in the hotel zone. The view from the rooftop is excellent, with the Caribbean Sea on the left and the lagoon on the right. Under the sun, you can see 5/6 different colors of blue and green, which is very beautiful. The hotel is not All Inclusive, so it is relatively quiet, which is an advantage for us. But the software (service) is lame! 1. I placed a Didi deli order and informed the front desk in advance. The front desk said that they would not put it in the refrigerator, but the bar and restaurant are 10 steps away from the front desk, which is completely unreasonable. 2. The plane arrived at 7 am and arrived at the hotel at 7:30. The front desk told me that I could not check in early and had to wait until 3 pm. It was too dogmatic. But why can the airline staff check in early? 3. I asked for towels twice and waited for 40 minutes; I asked for facial tissues three times, and finally I went to find the waiter myself. 4. The handle of the shower was broken and the repair was not timely. 5. There are yellow watermarks and spots on the pillowcase. I stayed for 5 days. The hardware is really good, but the service is too bad. I will choose another hotel next time.

The room has a view of the sea, and is very close to the shopping center and the commercial center. The swimming pool on the top floor has a beautiful view. The service is thoughtful, meticulous, enthusiastic, and very safe. It is convenient to take a taxi and a bus. I am very satisfied

We booked a sunrise room, and when we arrived at the hotel, we got a room on the first floor as shown in the attachment. The hotel front desk told us that this was a sunrise room and that the hotel was full today and we couldn’t adjust the room (we were told very confidently many times that the sunrise room on the first floor was like this). We contacted Ctrip to resolve the issue, and Ctrip told the hotel that they admitted that they gave us a sunset room. The view from the window actually has nothing to do with sunrise or sunset. From 8 to 10 pm, we saw foreigners checking in one after another, which means that there was no room to adjust, but there was no room to give... Adjustment. Be careful, there are so many hotels in Cancun, there is no need to choose this Hilton, you may win at any time (there is also a friend who is a Hilton Diamond member, and he still got a sunset room, and he didn’t tell us the truth). I forgot to mention in the previous post that the room decoration is just a high-end version of Orange Crystal. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night, otherwise my good mood would be ruined~

The hotel is located a short distance from the center of the city, where Coco Bongo is located. The hotel is very clean and nice.

It is located in front of the Chapultepec Castle and park, so it is good for taking a walk and is the best for visiting the museum and castle. The lobby is small, but the breakfast and rooms are okay!!

This price is a good deal for the Easter holiday. Of course, if you have money, you can book a hotel near the sea, where the scenery is even more beautiful!!!

The location is good. The service staff of the whole hotel is very warm and friendly. There is a small shopping district next to the hotel, which is very convenient for food and clothing. It is only a 10-minute walk from the beach. The sea is so blue and clean.
