Pa´Xa Mama Hotel Boutique Reviews

I was a bit disappointed in the hotel as it did not have breakfast included and the chair-desk combination was awkward since the chair was too low for the desk. the room was dark and did not keep out much of the street noise. The bed was too firm for my liking, but I was able to sleep on it. I will not likely stay here again.

Very Nice location. Near the bus station in downtown Cancun. Good for a short stay.

Good hotel, near the square and many restaurant. The room is big and clwan.

Good location. But No hot water in shower. Window is not lockable.

The facilities are too poor: the toilet seat is dented, the basin faucet requires one hand to hold the water out, wash your face, and twist the towel. Can it be done with one hand? The water from the shower faucet is either too hot to scald** or too cold, and you can never adjust it properly? What kind of facilities is this? I have never encountered such a situation before. The price is more than 1/3 more expensive than a hotel 20 meters away. The facilities are not so good. They are so bad that they cannot be used normally. It is really unlucky. Ctrip should not upload such a hotel! It should be blacklisted and no more customers will be fooled! ! !
