The service was great. The hotel is also easy to find. The location is very good. I requested a high floor room and was arranged for a 19th floor. The view is beautiful, you can see the Parliament House across the river. The sheet and quilt were not very clean. The facilities are a little bit old.

Hotel didn’t prepare the bed as I requested at the booking. I asked for better level and lake view room as I have kids who expect to look at the lake but eventually the hotel allocated my big family at the lowest level with the view facing the car park! Lot of noise over the night! My family couldn’t sleep well! I won’t come back again.

For 4 people, it is equivalent to 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a large kitchen. Not bad

I made a temporary reservation and it turned out to be a hotel apartment. There are all kinds of pots, pans, knives, forks and chopsticks. It's very convenient. It's great to check in with your bags. The facilities are a bit old and the room has no air conditioning. It will be very hot in midsummer.
