Villa Adria B&B
"It's a B&B not including breakfast (unless you pay extra)."
Hotel Alpe
"Excellent. Great value for money."
Residence Contrin
"Accommodation in pristine condition. Very well equipped kitchen, great powerful shower. Very convenient 2-3 minutes walk from the ski lift. Staff are very friendly. They have facility to shower after you checked out if you need to refreshes after ski then late flight. I highly recommend to visit. Great value for money !!"
Hotel Villa Rosella Park & Wellness
"Friendly family run place. Decent breakfast and wifi. Rooms are quite small and sound proofing is poor (you can listen to the conversations of your neighbours), but otherwise all very comfortable. Nice small spa - an extra fee of 15 Eur/hr - but the advantage is it’s quiet, kept in good order, and the steam room and sauna both good and hot. Plenty of parking. Very short walk to the lifts. You can ski down from the smaller Ciampac zone (black run) but you have to wait for the cable car down from the Sella side. When there’s enough snow, you could probably also ski down to Canazei and take the free ski bus (but not enough snow during our trip). Ski shop next to the lift has lockers for 6 euros / day if you’re too lazy to carry your skis the 100m back to the hotel. Would happily stay again."
Croce Bianca Leisure & Spa Hotel
"Wonderful hospitality with very helpful and experienced staff! Perfect location for a relaxing break with top spa. As a family, we enjoyed the interconnecting rooms and the pool. The food for breakfast was high standard and the hotel restaurant has a wonderful menu with a great chef. There is a fantastic bar with super selection of cocktails courtesy of Silvio, an accomplished bar tender. We have stayed here three times and enjoy it every time! Staff are amazing and the owners are present and welcoming. Congratulations to the team once again on their top hospitality!"
Park Hotel Faloria
"The rooms are quite small. Okay, it says they're around 11 square meters. The waiters are friendly, the half-board is good. So it could be a nice stay. COULD! But unfortunately, it's completely incomprehensible that the hotel staff doesn't respond to emails. You have a skiing accident and have to leave early and need confirmation, and they're not interested in that at all. You simply won't get this simple confirmation from them. You can write a hundred times in Italian, in English, in German, you can call, but they don't respond. They pocket the money for the time you can't be there, but they don't confirm it for your insurance. That's unacceptable; I've never experienced that before. Clearly, I don't recommend booking here!"
Hotel Cesa Tyrol
"A beautifully placed hotel, family run and with a professional but warm, friendly atmosphere. The rooms were spotless and quiet and the service was faultless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."
Locanda Degli Artisti Art Hotel
"An outstanding hotel with first rate service and attention to detail. This hotel definitely deserves its no.1 rating. Fantastic staff who greet you with a smile. We stayed in the Luigi Paderiva suite and had a wonderful view of mountains from our balcony. Breakfast is excellent. We booked the trip for supper at the Rifugio Fuciade - it was an amazing experience. An absolute must if you stay here. The food was inventive and the sommelier really added to the experience, pairing the wine with our food perfectly and offering insight and history about the wines and the region. Must also mention the skiing, which was the purpose of our trip after all! A huge ski area, with an abundance of intermediate skiing. The infrastructure is good and the runs are long and wide. You can spend a lot of time skiing and not too much time queuing and riding the ski lifts. Loved it. We will definitely return."
Hotel Astoria
"Well located hotel in the heart of Canazei and a ten minute walk from the gondola. This medium size family hotel is a joy to stay at. The food was exceptional, well done to Chef Dario and the kitchen staff who put on amazing dishes every single night without fail. The menu was extensive and the salad buffet was also very well stocked with a variety of dishes. Our kids tried so many new and healthy options and were not disappointed. The spa and swimming pool were next level and enabled the body to relax after a hard days skiing. Will definitely be back again!"

Hotel Garni Gonzaga

Hotel il Caminetto Sport
"We stayed at Hotel Il Caminetto from 21-38th February for a week of skiing. We were family group of 8 ranging in ages from 14-61 years. We found the location of the hotel great & whilst I wouldn’t have liked to have had to walk to the ski lift there was no need. We used the free hotel shuttle bus every day which worked perfectly. We never had to wait more than a few minutes at either end! There is the option of paying for a ski bus pass but we never felt the need to use this. Our room for 3 was ample big enough with plenty of storage & a fantastic view down the valley. Our son and his partner were above the entertainment area & never had a problem sleeping. No problem with nightclub or people leaving. Breakfast was good & an amazing choice, no one ever went hungry. Evening meal was a choice of salad buffet/soup followed by a two course choice which you choose the night before. The menu gave a good variety and once again none of our party ever went hungry. If you went down after 7.45pm the salad buffet was rather sparse so could have done with a top up for those who chose to eat a little later. We found the waiting staff & reception manager lovely. Always happy to have a laugh & plenty of cutlery which was displayed in the same place daily so never a problem to find. Water came at a cost on the evening but that was no surprise as we have always paid for water at hotels on an evening. We didn’t use the spa/sauna area so can’t comment on how that was. Shame you had to pay extra, I’d rather have paid more for the accommodation & had it included. We had a great week of skiing with clear blue skies & perfect conditions on the slopes. A real pleasure to ski in such a beautiful area & come back to such a great hotel. Would highly recommend!!"
Hotel Dolomiti Schloss
"We purchased a holiday with Inghams. On arrival at Bellevue told had been upgraded free of charge to Dolomiti as Bellevue was not 4* as we had booked. Complimentary taxi & swiftly installed in our room in the annex. Very large, balcony & large bathroom. Rather hassle using various lifts & going outside between the two buildings but we survived!! Food can only be called extremely poor. Quality & temperature was at max 1*, presentation not too bad. Chefs obviously had to make good of what management supplied. It appeared most was supplied by catering suppliers & not made from raw materials bought in. Only half decent meal was supposed ’Gala dinner’ mid week, flavours & plate temperatures a slight improvement. How sad that in a country that prides itself on its cuisine, we certainly did not have it!!! Wine list offered a good selection of local wines at sensible prices. Staff were very good. When we had a problem with the heating this was dealt with immediately to the extend to taking a thermometer to our room to check as it did not correlate with temperature shown on central computer system. Hotel is part of a small local chain which we understand had been family owned in the past. If you like genuine Italian home cooked food, don’t stay here"
Hotel Bellevue
"Very dated structure, fixtures and shutters from an old abandoned house, moldy and very dirty (photos attached) Room cleaning non-existent, dust everywhere. Decent cuisine, average waiting staff, head waiter Betty exceptional!"
Al Sole Clubresidence
"Excellent all round. V helpful friendly staff, (nothing was too much trouble. ) Clean & well organised rooms Pool sauna area Playroom for children very well run & organised & generally a great place to stay. Restaurant had good food for both meals. V convenient for town & lifts a short walk."
Spires Hotel
Hotel B&B Andreas
"Stayed with my family for a week of skiing. A clean and comfortable place to stay with a small spa. The ski shuttle was really good as was the local advice from Andrea. Breakfast was good too. The hotel is a little away from the main part of the town but really not an issue as it is a short but nice walk. The hotel was great for a ski week. I would stay there again."
Hotel Villetta Maria Cottage
"4-night stay from February 7 to February 11. Lights and shadows. Nice hotel, spacious rooms well-equipped with furniture and wardrobes, comfortable beds, slightly dated but functional bathroom. Secluded location in the woods with a view of the Marmolada. Unfortunately, in winter, Canazei is not easily accessible on foot except via the main road (7 km!!!). Private shuttle to the ski lifts. Friendly and always helpful staff, both at the table and at the bar. Comfortable common areas. Really small indoor spa, reservation required. Outdoor spa available for a fee (a few euros), but not indicated in the brochures. Simple cuisine, but well-prepared and varied dishes. Rich breakfast buffet. Shadows: a few hours before our arrival (booked and paid in full in September with ***********) we received an email!!!!! informing us of the hotel change!!!! Same hotel chain (Union Hotels Canazei), same category, in Canazei, on the main road, with terrible reviews. Immediately called asking for an explanation and categorically refusing the change. After persistent complaints, threatening various lawsuits, we were confirmed as being at our original destination. The behavior was unacceptable, both in terms of manner and timing. So, beware of the hotel chain's management, which has nothing to do with the local management of the hotel."
