Villa Adria B&B ★★★
"Great experience, clean rooms and great service from the couple"
Hotel Cesa Tyrol ★★★★
"Amazing hotel, nothing was too much for staff who genuinely were helpful and cheerful. Food amazing and spa gym even bowling alley all used and appreciated. We enjoyed guided walks and gala night was fun too! No bad experiences to mention whatsoever, thank you !"
Chalet Pineta Relax Location ★★★
"Feedback for this room And for this location which i paid 425 euro/night ! - Bad smell in the room because of the mold in three places in bathroom and in the room, i have got 3 paper cups for three persons in 6 days as i stayed in that room , no mini-bar only an empty fridge, we didn't have any bottle of drinking water from the host, when I use hot water in the shower, i have to wait several minutes for the hot water to come!, at night it was cold in the room and I did not have the possibility to increase the temperature in the room, the bathroom has a jacuzzi but it cannot be used because it is under the slope of the roof and in addition the corner rods were unglued, the headboard in the picture fell on my head because it was not attached to the wall at all , cleaning servicies are mediocre , although I had half board I did not receive any alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks at dinner - the exception being tap Water . conclusion! although the rate paid per night is for a 5 star hotel the location is not rated more than one star"
Hotel Azola ★★★
"Very helpful staff that arranged according to our tricky food preferences. They really went the extra mile for splendid service. Super useful to have a transfer everyday between the hotel and the Belvedere lift. However i see room for improvements with your pillows :) Ciao!"
Spires Hotel ★★
Locanda Degli Artisti Art Hotel ★★★★
"Delightful place to stay in Canazei. Good location and very helpful registration staff. Be sure and get the free bus pass from them!"
Residence Contrin ★★★
"LOCATION Great location, at the end of the town where you leave towards Cortina. A little quieter than the centre of town. All services and facilities are in walking distance. Nice walking/cycling path nearby along the river and out of the town. ACCOMMODATION We stayed in room 231. It was extremely clean and comfortable. The small kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation near our bedroom and balcony (Think previously called Bel Sit) is being renovated and there was noisy work going on quite early in the morning. I’d suggest asking for a room at the back of the accommodation as the noise won’t be as bad. We paid to use one of the “boxes” under the property. It is a lockable garage space where you can park a car, or store equipment such as skis etc. Was a reasonable price to park our car, but the space is quite tight. SERVICE Pre arrival communications were great. The lady on the front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful. WOULD I STAY AGAIN Absolutely"
Croce Bianca Leisure & Spa Hotel
"Just steps from the center, the hotel features the classic wooden architecture typical of the area. The interiors are well appointed , with warm furniture and furnishings. The rooms are spacious , and have a balcony overlooking the Dolomites. We did not visit their restaurant for lunch or dinner, we only sampled their breakfast, which offered a good selection of sweet and savory options. We enjoyed the fitness center, which also features a second seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Recommended."
Chalet Margoni ★★★
"The double room and en-suite bathroom were fine, with a little private balcony outside the room with the view of the forest on one side and the view of the hotel breakfast room with people eating on the other side. The issue with this hotel, the only big one, was that the parking was supposed to be there and free, unfortunately there was no parking at all!! They receptionist told us to park in the private parking of the private residents building opposite the hotel and when I asked ‘ what happens if the police take away our car? Will the hotel be responsible?’, of course she said no! As there was absolutely no parking at all around the hotel area, we parked were the receptionist told us but we didn’t have a good night sleep at all, thinking about the car park! So our stay here for one night was ruined. This hotel has no free parking available for all their customers, even if you let them know in advance ( they may have a couple of parking spaces, but it’s a lotto to get one!). So if you decide to stay here, we aware of this if you’re coming by car."

Al Sole Clubresidence
"We had a lovely time at the Al Sole, 3 couples plus two grandchildren.2 year olds. fabulous rooms, cheery helpful reception, good food in the restaurant with hugely entertaining staff. great spa and pool area and a lovely Nanny, Frederika after 330 in the baby club. Rocky the waiter / Maitre 'd in the restaurant was a Manuel figure who couldn't have tried harder. Great location, 100 yds from the end of the piste and a 5 min walk to the gondola. would highly recommend"

Hotel il Caminetto Sport
"We stayed at Hotel Il Caminetto from 21-38th February for a week of skiing. We were family group of 8 ranging in ages from 14-61 years. We found the location of the hotel great & whilst I wouldn’t have liked to have had to walk to the ski lift there was no need. We used the free hotel shuttle bus every day which worked perfectly. We never had to wait more than a few minutes at either end! There is the option of paying for a ski bus pass but we never felt the need to use this. Our room for 3 was ample big enough with plenty of storage & a fantastic view down the valley. Our son and his partner were above the entertainment area & never had a problem sleeping. No problem with nightclub or people leaving. Breakfast was good & an amazing choice, no one ever went hungry. Evening meal was a choice of salad buffet/soup followed by a two course choice which you choose the night before. The menu gave a good variety and once again none of our party ever went hungry. If you went down after 7.45pm the salad buffet was rather sparse so could have done with a top up for those who chose to eat a little later. We found the waiting staff & reception manager lovely. Always happy to have a laugh & plenty of cutlery which was displayed in the same place daily so never a problem to find. Water came at a cost on the evening but that was no surprise as we have always paid for water at hotels on an evening. We didn’t use the spa/sauna area so can’t comment on how that was. Shame you had to pay extra, I’d rather have paid more for the accommodation & had it included. We had a great week of skiing with clear blue skies & perfect conditions on the slopes. A real pleasure to ski in such a beautiful area & come back to such a great hotel. Would highly recommend!!"
Hotel Dolomiti Schloss
"Felt compelled to write a review having read others that were so negative. Stayed here with friends for a skiing holiday booked via Ingham's. Yes, some parts of the hotel are dated but it really is beautiful. We had a room in the annex building and the view from our balcony was stunning. The room was dated but perfect for our visit, we spent our days on the mountain. The beds were comfy and the rooms were cleaned and cared for by the staff incredibly well. The room was quite warm so we did need to have the window open at times. There was also a nightly visit from the bin lorry which was noisy but not sure that the hotel could control this. The food was excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly when one member of our party struggled with the menu choices due to her particular requirements. The hotel is in the centre of Canezei and just a short walk from the gondola. It was very reasonably priced and I would love to return."
Hotel Villetta Maria Cottage
"4-night stay from February 7 to February 11. Lights and shadows. Nice hotel, spacious rooms well-equipped with furniture and wardrobes, comfortable beds, slightly dated but functional bathroom. Secluded location in the woods with a view of the Marmolada. Unfortunately, in winter, Canazei is not easily accessible on foot except via the main road (7 km!!!). Private shuttle to the ski lifts. Friendly and always helpful staff, both at the table and at the bar. Comfortable common areas. Really small indoor spa, reservation required. Outdoor spa available for a fee (a few euros), but not indicated in the brochures. Simple cuisine, but well-prepared and varied dishes. Rich breakfast buffet. Shadows: a few hours before our arrival (booked and paid in full in September with ***********) we received an email!!!!! informing us of the hotel change!!!! Same hotel chain (Union Hotels Canazei), same category, in Canazei, on the main road, with terrible reviews. Immediately called asking for an explanation and categorically refusing the change. After persistent complaints, threatening various lawsuits, we were confirmed as being at our original destination. The behavior was unacceptable, both in terms of manner and timing. So, beware of the hotel chain's management, which has nothing to do with the local management of the hotel."
