Come and relax at our tranquil oasis-like retreat in the heart of the Finger Lakes with amazing lake views. Close to Bristol Mountain, CMAC Performing Art Center and several wineries and breweries. Our home is tucked away on a private drive and sits on 1.3 wooded acres. Beautifully landscaped with sweeping covered porches wrapping around the home and private deck off master suite all with beautiful lake views. Cozy up to our outdoor wood burning fire pit or gas firepit off the private deck off the master or relax inside the spacious living room with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating on the comfy couches. Please note that we cater to families and laid back vacationers. If you are looking for a party house, we would not be your destination. We want to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our guests as well as our neighbors. The main floor includes beautiful kitchen with high end cabinets, quartz countertop, large farm-style dining table, gas fireplace, spacious living room. Full bath and guest bedroom with scenic lake views on first floor includes queen size and twin over full size bunk and private access to front porch. Second floor includes master bedroom with king-size bed, master bath and private deck with amazing lake views. Guest bedroom on the second floor includes a queen size bed and a full size bed. The second floor also includes a full bath and full-size washer and full-size dryer. This is a perfect home for you to enjoy with family and friends. Outdoor gas grill, fire pit on the lawn to roast marshmallows and spot area wildlife, and plenty of outdoor lawn games and indoor board games for your enjoyment. Several areas close by with public lake/beach access, less than 4 miles to public boat launch, 11 miles to Bristol Mountain Ski Resort and Aerial Adventures and 6 miles to CMAC Performing Arts Center. There are plenty of local restaurants as well as wineries and breweries close by.
