This place is amazing! There is also a gym. The staff is very polite, especially David, who showed as a very nice presentation of the whole complex. I recommend it!

Wonderful experience! Customer service was superb. David, Yelitza and the whole team were amazing, extremely courteous kind and helpful from the warm welcome until the end of the stay. The hotel feels exclusive but at the same time I felt at home. Thank you so much

Arrival very good reception, very nice and clean facilities, clean fresh room, good service . good and varied type of food, They offer walks around the camps, excellent views and interaction with nature. There is an option to take a helicopter ride to Angel Falls. actually a good option to rest and relax the mind

Amazing stay. We loved every single moment at Arameru. The facilities are great. The rooms are simply the best! What we love the most was the staff: David the best concierge! Freddy the best chef, Antonio the best guide. If you want to visit canaima and salto angel you have to come to Arameru!! p.s. Booking and all the administrative part was perfectly managed by Eivaneg. Good job guys!!!

El servicio está impecable. La atención está en un nivel muy alto. El equipo de Ara Meru es muy amable y hospitalario. Todo está muy bien organizado y pensado. Dan mucha comida. Me encantó la experiencia!

Primero que todo tienen una excelente atención desde la llegada al aeropuerto te buscan te llevan al hotel y te explican todo desde las excursiones horario de uso de las instalaciones etc También te llevan las maletas a la habitación te ayudan en todo te hacen el viaje más práctico La atención del restaurante te consienten de lo que desees comer Lo único deficiente es el agua caliente q en algunas habitaciones sale muy poco pero igual te garantizan agua caliente

Una experiencia mágica en Canaima! Desde el momento en que llegamos al Lodge Arameru, supimos que estábamos por vivir algo especial. La atención fue impecable: Yelitza en la recepción nos atendió con una sonrisa cálida y una energía contagiosa, mientras que Luis en la administración se aseguró de que todo estuviera perfecto durante nuestra estadía. Todo el staff fue increíblemente cariñoso, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una amabilidad que nos hizo sentir como en casa. La habitación era maravillosa, cómoda, limpia y decorada con detalles que conectan con la belleza natural de Canaima y a su vez VIP. La comida… ¡simplemente espectacular! Cada plato fue una delicia, preparado con esmero y sabor local que nos sorprendió cada día. Pero lo mejor de todo fueron las excursiones con Jeffrey al mando: divertidas, bien organizadas y llenas de magia. Desde los paseos por los senderos hasta los saltos de agua, cada experiencia fue única y nos dejó recuerdos inolvidables. Y no tengo palabras para describir la pernocta en el Salto Ángel simplemente un sueño! Recomiendo Arameru Lodge con los ojos cerrados. Si estás buscando una conexión auténtica con la naturaleza, el calor humano de un equipo excepcional y aventuras que te llenan el alma, este es el lugar.
