Good hotel, quiet. Near the sea, got a room with a view of the sunset and the sunny side. The beds are hard - you have to get used to it. The shower is a bit cramped, but otherwise everything is great. Dinners are very tasty and varied.

Had a wonderful week here , everything was lovely . Great staff all around ,very friendly and helpful . Loved my room ,I was on 1st floor facing the street ,another hotel opposite I could see their pool . Bed was great and pillows ,shower so good . Big wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes and shelf underneath . The hotel is kept very clean ,the staff work tirelessly to clean the rooms etc to a high standard . Food for breakfast and dinner is very varied with lots of choice . I enjoyed my meals always . The hospitality staff go above and beyond to make the atmosphere very welcoming ,the waiting staff keep on top of everything very well . Am very happy with my stay at JS Yate and would definitely return and recommend . The only negative thing I can say is that the people in the room above me were very very noisy late at night ,scraping furniture ,stomping on the floor ,I was in room 109 ,I should have complained really ,no fault of the hotel at all just inconsiderate people . If I returned I would want to be on a high floor . Thankyou JS Yate for a great holiday

Waren in der 4.ten Etasje mit Balkon untergebracht, sauberes Zimmer... jeden Tag kommt der Zimmerservice. Grosse Dusche perfekt nach einem Strandtag...
Seitlicher Blick aufs Meer, Klimaanlage. Sehr entspannte Poolanlage von 10:00-18:00uhr zugänglich. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr ausreichend... immer gut gefüllt, mit Personal vor Ort. Getränke müssen extra bestellt werden...
Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt ☺️👍🏖🌞

Meine Frau und ich haben fünf Tage im JS Yate verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt und modern eingerichtet und verfügte über eine Minibar, in der wir unsere im Supermarkt gekauften Getränke gekühlt haben. Housekeeping hat täglich unser Zimmer gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Das Frühstücksbuffet und das Dinner Buffet war hochwertig und abwechslungsreich. Das komplette Personal von Service und Rezeption war freundlich, zuvorkommend und absolut professionell . Wir hatten zwei Tage ein Mietwagen und haben diesen auf einem großen öffentlichen Parkplatz circa 150 m entfernt vom Hotel geparkt. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Visited here for 4 nights as a group of 3 friends. We were greeted really warmly on arrival and given all the necessary info. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The pool area and outside grounds are so peaceful and clean. The guests weren’t super loud, and although it attracts older guests, there was a range of ages there. The staff are so attentive, they come round to the pool to take drink orders, always smiling and happy to help with everything. Location wise, it’s a 2 min walk to the beach and other bars/restaurants/shops. Again, it’s nice and quiet yet busy in the evenings. The only slight negatives for me was the buffet food. I don’t feel like there were a lot of options, and the quality wasn’t amazing, however that’s my personal opinion and I’m sure a lot of people would love the food options. I would’ve loved more selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and desserts. My friend had a dairy allergy and she could not eat any dessert, only fruit, so it would be nice for a vegan friendly dessert option. However, the staff did walk my friend around and show her what she could eat each day, so she was well looked after. Overall, it was a really peaceful and relaxing stay, and I definitely recommend!

We have just returned from this wonderful hotel, it was recommended by our daughter who was here in May, we booked last minute as we had a week off. From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and very efficient. The room was very nice room 101, Housekeeping would service the room every day if needed. The balcony was great with sunbeds and tables and chairs, a real suntrap! 2 points, the pillows not great to be honest I guess I could have asked them to be changed but didn't so my fault! Second issue , is the shower, every time we used it the floor became very wet which was a little slippery we ended up with water on the floor around the toilet may I suggest a mat of some sort. Breakfast and dinner are fantastic and a great choice was offered, The staff in the restaurant were very attentive . The pool area is very nice, a lovely pool and Spa., which we used many times. Bar food at lunchtime was a little bit lacking we sent back food on 2 occasions, meat undercooked and choice was not replicated as per description on menus, was dealt with in a very professional manner. We were being picked up at 3.30 in morning but hotel provided coffee and a sandwich for us which was perfect many thanks. I would highly recommend and return again to this lovely hotel Thank you for a lovely stay your staff are a reflection of how brilliant it is to stay.
