Zafiro Can Picafort

An unforgettable stay at the Zafiro Can Picafort! We had an unforgettable stay at this magnificent hotel, where everything is designed for the comfort and enjoyment of guests of all ages. The numerous pools, each adapted to each age group, offered a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, always clean and perfectly maintained. A huge thank you to the staff, who were exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive. Their dedication and warmth greatly contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. ️ The food was absolutely delicious: varied, fresh, and full of flavor. Every meal was a real treat. The entertainment was fantastic! Well organized, lively, and captivating for everyone. We never got bored. In short: a magnificent setting, a wonderful team, and a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We left with unforgettable memories and an irresistible desire to return. Congratulations to the entire Zafiro Can Picafort team!

On arrival we were told we'd be able to extend the room considering we wouldn't be picked up until 6pm. So have turned up to confirm and as we are not 'on the list' we have to pack up early. Sunbeds - if you want one with shade (the parasols are attached to the ground and cannot be moved), you need to be at the pool by 7am. The prime locations near the pool bar are all taken a lot earlier, have been down at just before 7am and the whole area is carpeted by blue towels with not a soul in sight. Kids entertainment starts way too early, it's so hot it's unbearable. Whole hotel basically shuts down at 10pm. The beach is nice and sandy with crystal clear waters but expect it to be packed. Food is okay, what you'd expect from an all inclusive and staff are great. The Italian wasn't open for our stay, we are at the pool restaurant and the grill, just great to get away from the crowds. No issues with the main restaurant, it's never been crowded that we had to wait, guess that's from going down for dinner at 7.30-8pm. Beer is good and so are the cocktails. You do queue for drinks but not for too long. Kids loved the all you can raid ice cream freezer and dispenser by the wet bar. easyJet transfer to the hotel took 3 hours, in town a taxi to the airport is just about €90. Especially on the way to the hotel, if you don't want to hang around and get a view of all the other hotels, as the Zafiro was last, then jump in a cab. Journey back isn't as important, just want you make the most of it while you can. Downgraded as we were told we could extend, and know block 2 is used for overflow but bluntly told we were not on the list it was a no.

We’ve only been here for a day but I feel compelled to write a review already because of the brilliant service and hospitality. We’ve been to a few places in the Caribbean that were also 4 star where the service was a bit sub par but the service here has been so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Lovely family hotel. Can't fault the food, drinks and rooms. Huge selection of food to eat, including lots of typically spanish food which is refreshing to see as sometimes all inclusive places get this wrong. Our room was very big and clean. Sunbeds were the usual fight to reserve but we were there in August. Hotel is not far from the beach/ shops. Staff friendly. Grounds could do with a bit of tlc, but over all ok. Room key as a bracelet/ room tab is a great idea. Kids loved the pool, especially the bubble. Adults loved the swim up bar!

Hotel was fantastic with comfortable and spacious rooms. We booked a penthouse and absolutely loved having the top floor with hot tub. The pools are brilliant and excellent facilities for kids. Another major highlight was the quality of the food and drinks, it was our first time all inclusive and we were very impressed. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

We came here to zafiro can picafort and it was amazing the food was lovely the rooms were clean and cleaned a lot through the stay.throughout the day there was lots of activities for the kids to do and the entertainment team were amazing they were so lovely with the kids playing with them and encouraging them to join in all the activities going on.i would 100%come back here and can’t wait to come back would definitely recommend to people to come here
