Un hotel que lo tiene todo. El personal de 10, las instalaciones perfectas. La comida genial. La playa no puede estar más cerca. Nos sentimos cómo en casa cada vez que vamos. Somos asiduos desde hace años y no lo cambiamos por nada. También puedes comer al medio día en su restaurante BAULINA a la carta y disfrutar de sus arroces, hamburguesas, pescados... sin olvidar sus postres caseros.

Coming off a cruise, they have their wotk cut off and suceeded. Room was fantastic. Variety of different food each evening. Tidy hotel. Friendly staff. And had my favourite cocktail on the menu. We are so happy we found this hotel and we will visit again.

Hôtel très bien situé, chambre très spacieuse, très belle vue sur la Mer et une décoration de beau goût. Totalement conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Très bonne alternative aux grosses "machines" de Mallorca, tout dans cet hôtel est agréable. Tout très très jolie. Chambre magnifique propre, personnel très professionnel, petit déjeuner incroyable avec des produits ultra frais. Tout était parfait et au delà de nos espérances. Je vais me retourner l’année prochaine

Visited 3 years in a row and I think this hotel is amazing it ticks all the boxes. It's ideal for everyone. The rooms are lovely and modern and the beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Always manage to get a seat round pool the drinks are reasonably priced. The half board food is excellent breakfast so much choice and the omelettes are so filling and enjoyable the dinner is a very tasty too. The entertainment is very good and David is amazing during the day and evening he involves everyoneone and makes the holiday even better. It's perfect if you want a bit of everything and bonus it's on the beach. The location is on the edge of the resort but I personally like the location. And can't recommend this hotel enough. If you need to email the hotel before the holiday the commucation Is excellent and they will accommodate you if they can. If you want a stress free relaxing holiday in the sun this is perfect.

Really lucky with the weather, went 22nd Oct and still warm, although things were starting to close down for the season. Lovely hotel, staff friendly, the room clean and tidy. There is a kettle in the room, cups and spoons but no coffee or teabags so bring your own. There is a supermarket a couple of minutes up the road that sells milk and anything else you may need. The food was excellent with plenty of choice and the meat cooked beautifully, some of the best food in a hotel I have had, could have been a bit hotter at times. At breakfast omelettes and pancakes are made whilst you wait. There is water, tea and coffee at breakfast but none at the evening meal you have to buy water to go with your meal which I have never had to do before in a hotel. The only criticism would be that steak type of knives were used for the meals which are not the best for trying to spread butter etc. The entertainment was very good something different every evening. There is a market on the promenade on Friday morning. Would recommend the Son Amar Exhibit show. The bus service is cheap and reliable. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

This was sold to me as a 4 star but it felt more like a 3 star. That said, the staff were very good, the food was great and the location exceptional so I can forgive it for not providing tea bags coffee or other hot drinks in the room. (They do supply a kettle though). There were no toiletries provided so bring your own shampoo and stuff. We went end of season so were ok for sunbeds but I would imagine it becomes difficult when really busy. Did two amazing excursions, the island tour and the Exhibit in Son Amar. Both well worth the money. The exhibit is a show where the circue du solier meets river dance meets magic mike. Can't stress how good this show is. The island tour saw us travel on Bus through the mountains, Boat round the coast, Tram to the train-station, Train back through the mountains and finally bus back to the hotel jjust in time for evening meals.

I stayed here in October and everything was great even for the end of the season! Clean room with very nice view of the sea and change of towels every day. The breakfast had great variety and quality with omelets and pancakes being made on the spot. Very kind and helpful staff!

Our 2nd time here this year, we will be back. FOOD - delicious and hot, always a large selection, ALL STAFF- polite, courteous and very efficient, ROOMS- spacious enough, sheets and towels changed daily, lovely polite maids. HOTEL- right on the very clean sandy beach, literally 30 seconds walk from reception, lifeguards in attendance. This hotel is a gem, we would highly recommend a holiday here.

Our stay at the Son Baulo was just perfect for us. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff to help with. The Hotel although a little tired in decor and fittings was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again. Possibly a little earlier in the year.
