Fizemos uma reserva de 2 dias nesta Pousada. Já de cara passamos por uma péssima experiência. O nosso banheiro estava com problemas e não tinha água quente. O problemas só foi resolvido no dia seguinte. Ou seja, passamos a primeira diária sem conseguir tomar banho e sem dormir. No dia seguinte fiquei me sentindo mal o dia todo pela noite não dormida e pela má experiencia em um restaurante recomendado pela pousada. Tivemos q esperar consertarem o banheiro para enfim tomarmos banho. Pagamos pelas 2 diárias um valor muito alto pra passar por este tipo de situação. Minha nota é 1 pois minha expectativas eram , altas mais minha experiência foi horrível.

⸻ “Hospedagem razoável, mas tive um problema com item desaparecido.” Estive hospedada no hotel e, infelizmente, uma calça sumiu do meu quarto. Entrei em contato com a recepção e pedi que me enviassem por Sedex, caso encontrassem, mas fui informada de que não localizaram a peça. Fiquei decepcionada com a falta de retorno mais eficiente e com a sensação de descuido em relação aos pertences dos hóspedes. Atenção redobrada com itens pessoais é essencial.

Pousada muito boa, limpa e em um local tranquilo e silencioso. Funcionários muito simpáticos, com destaque para Camila. Café da manhã é básico, mas tem tudo que é necessário, e tudo gostoso. Oferece bolo e café à tarde. Boa localização, perto da Vila Capivari, mas não chega a ser tão perto pra ir andando. O hotel tem estacionamento.

Hotel bom mas para quem gosta de fazer as coisa a pe, tem que lembrar que tem um morrinho par chegar no hotel. Perto do centro . Atendimento muito bom, cafe da manha idem, limpo. Quarto e banheiro pequenos, precisando de manutenção. Porta descascando, box pequeno e nao tinha ducha higiênica e a tampa do vaso era de plastico

Pousada bastante aconchegante com boa localização. Ótimo custo beneficio pois fica bem perto do centrinho. Possui estacionamento e os funcionários bem atenciosos. Apesar de estarem realizando algumas melhorias, isso não atrapalhou o dia de homeoffice.

A pousada é muito boa e tem um staff sensacional, composto pela Camila, Rubens e Guilherme, todos muito educados, solícitos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bem fresco e variado. Os quartos tem roupa de camamuito boa, entretanto, as toalhas necessitam urgentemente de substituição.

Bom custo benefício em Campos do Jordão. Fica relativamente próxima à Vila Capivari, uns 10-15 minutos de caminhada. Tem ruas enladeiradas próximas, então haja disposição. Possui lareira digital no quarto, salva nas noites frias. Café da manhã atende bem e oferecem também um chá da tarde. Funcionários atenciosos.
