Tivemos uma experiência incrível com nosso cachorro no Hotel Quebra-Noz! Toda a equipe foi muuuuito atenciosa, e extremamente educados! O café da manhã, chá da tarde e o restaurante são sensacionais, todos com espaço pet friendly 🤎 Ficamos em um bangalô em contato direto com a natureza! Uma delícia!! Hotel extraordinário. O serviço é impecável, com destaque para o Josivaldo. Mesmo com dias chuvosos há muita opção para curtir e relaxar no hotel, que tem uma decoração e um aroma incrível. Muito sofisticado. A comida é muito boa e a estrutura de primeiro nível. Voltaremos com certeza.

O hotel é muito bom, comida, atendimento, limpeza, etc. Vejo um desafio que é relativo a acessibilidade para pessoas de mais idade, devido a topografia. Negativo, fica a experiência do bangalô, quarto de cima, pois com a chuva constante foi impossível dormir, parecia que estava chovendo dentro do ambiente. Ou seja, um final de semana que esperávamos descansar, dormir bastante, foi frustrado totalmente por isso. Foi muito ruim mesmo.

Pelas fotos do hotel achei que hotel era novo, mas o quarto que ficamos era muito antigo, banheiro antigo e os sabonetes líquido e shampoo são impossíveis de sair. Atendimento do hotel bom. Café da manhã normal. Localização boa. Hotel com pontos a melhorar.

O Hotel Quebra-Noz é fabuloso. Situado a curta distância da agitação de Campos do Jordão, é o refúgio perfeito para quem quer luxo e sofisticação, em meio à natureza, com todo conforto e comodidade. Equipe atenciosa e eficiente, café da manhã simplesmente espetacular, piscina ótima, quartos muito confortáveis e sistema de entretenimento completo. Uma delícia de experiência. Recomendo.
