Fomos recebidos de forma gentil e atenciosa na nossa estada no Hotel Quebra-noz. Quarto ótimo, limpeza excelente, boa comida e um atendimento diferenciado. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. Superou nossas expectativas. O hotel fica bem perto do centro, o que facilita muito os passeios pela cidade. O atendimento é ótimo, todos os funcionários são muito educados e atenciosos. A limpeza tanto das partes externas, quanto do quarto é perfeita. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com muita variedade e qualidade dos produtos. Quarto extremamente confortável, espaços comuns charmosos, café da manhã excelente, hotel super petfriendly. Nossa cachorra aproveitou livremente e ainda ganhou bolo de aniversário. Piscina é climatizada, em dias de sol mais forte dá pra aproveitar mesmo com temperatura baixa. Destaque para a localização, bem perto do centrinho de Capivari, para onde é possível ir a pé. Porém o hotel fica em local tranquilo, silencioso e em meio à natureza. Ou seja, perfeito. Certamente voltaremos!

Desde a recepção ao chegar no hotel e entrar nos quartos, até a vista incrível, o contato com os animais, os jardins, a biblioteca, psivina aquecida, as lareiras internas e externas, as refeições deliciosas, o conforto das instalações, calefação perfeita, o mobiliário e roupas de cama e a cordialidade e educação dos funcionários fazem do Quebra Nóz o melhor hotel de inverno. Foi uma experiência impecável em todos os detalhes. Além do hotel ser lindo e conchegante, todos os ambientes foram planejados para que os hóspedes se sintam abraçados pela natureza. A equipe é muito gentil e atenciosa e os cardápios variados e deliciosos.

O ponto alto foi o atendimento, EXCEPCIONAL. O hotel fica próximo do centro (é possível ir a pé) o que facilita muito nessa época de intenso trânsito. Café da manhã incrível, com espumante, ovos Benedict e muitas opções. Estive na época do Terraço Clicquot e foi uma incrível experiência. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.
