O principal ponto forte, sem dúvida, é a cordialidade e simpatia de todos os funcionários. Quarto muito confortável, café da manhã maravilhoso, assim como a pizza que fazem aps sábados. A localização também é muito conveniente, próximo ao centro de Capivari. Por outro lado, achamos a taxa de rolha excessiva. A cobrança de couvert artistico no jantar não é simpatica. Consideramos que a musica deveria ser oferecida aos hospedes sem cobrar.

O Quebra Noz apareceu no Hotéis Incríveis e desde então quis conhecer. Tudo o que foi mostrado no programa é exponenciado na experiência de estar lá. A interação com a natureza é inevitável devido à exuberância do lugar. Dá a impressão de estarmos isolados da cidade por um espesso muro de árvores e flores. O Hotel é minuciosamente decorado com peças de bom gosto e pinturas. A decoração dos quartos e demais dependências do hotel traz peças inspiradas na natureza, mas nada é rústico. Tem-se a impressão de estarmos em uma enorme casa, pelos detalhes únicos de cada ambiente. A gastronomia é perfeita - café da manhã e lanche da tarde, além dos pratis deliciosos de almoço e jantar. O staff é competente e extremamente simpático. Senti-me atendida em tudo que precisei. O difícil é sair desse lugar!
