Although a lovely (but hard to find) location and a good room this was not what we expected. No one was around when we arrived (although we advised arrival time in advance) and we had to enquire at a nearby hotel about obtaining access to our room. We were advised to phone for help and had to wait 20 mins for someone to arrive. The rooms are managed by a restaurant business some 7km away. The so called breakfast is in this restaurant and consists of coffee and a cake from the bar. Although the staff were charming and the room was good this did not make up for the dreadful check in arrangements. Avoid or take your chance.

Posto meraviglioso , il castello dispone di mini appartamenti molto curati caldi e molto molto puliti… il personale che gestisce la struttura ti trasmette tutto il proprio amore per essa …. Appartamento molto curato spazioso …. Bagno con docce spaziose e molto calde … davvero un posto che ne vale la pena …. C’è anche una macchina del caffè in cialde e un bollitore per il te’ ad uso gratuito ricaricata dalle signore delle pulizie .. in attesa di scendere dove c’è il ristorante fuori dal castello a 7 km circa ma credetemi non pesa per nulla scendere a fare colazione e poi proseguire la giornata nei dintorni….il ristorante poi si mangia magnificamente a prezzi assolutamente giusti …. Che dire tutto molto molto bello curato ti senti coccolato posto dove staccare la spina

fate attenzione a quando prenotate la colazione inclusa va consumata a circa 10 chilometri dalla struttura,un dramma!Noi lo abbiamo saputo solo all'arrivo in camera. Accertatevi pure del funzionamento dell'aria condizionata,noi abbiamo trascorso una notte infernale,mai più e mai lo consiglierei.

Un recupero, sebbene non ancora ultimato in qualche porzione adiacente le mura, davvero magnifico. Un ritorno al medioevo con una vista mozzafiato da uno dei torrioni meglio recuperati. Solo un paio, purtroppo, di brutture (è inevitabile che qualcuno voglia lasciare un segno di modernità a discapito della bellezza). Da visitare assolutamente.

La location e anche l’appartamento sono da cinque stelle. Il borgo è delizioso e finemente ristrutturato, la pace e la vista dall’appartamento sono insuperabili. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione si fa al paese basso vicino alle fonti del Clitunno ma è tutto descritto chiaramente quindi non ci aspettavamo qualcosa di diverso. Non diamo cinque stelle perché visto il livello della struttura qualche piccolo dettaglio andrebbe curato di più, ad esempio il vanity set in bagno o la possibilità di gustare prodotti locali per colazione. Comunque per noi esperienza molto più che positiva.

Oramai è la quarta volta che veniamo e ci siamo sempre trovati non bene ma benissimo i proprietari sono persone serie molto disponibili e curano ogni desiderio del cliente sono molto rapidi nel risolvere piccoli o grandi inconvenienti che in un soggiorno possono capitare… a noi è capitato che l aria condizionata avesse un problema l abbiamo segnalato e subito c’è stato portato un condizionatore in camera quindi problema risolto…,poi si può usufruire del pranzo o cena in camera idem della colazione quindi il fatto dei sette km lontano dalla struttura e’ una sciocchezza una volta che decido di uscire scendo faccio colazione e vado dove devo andare… ripeto tutto il personale con cui si ha a che fare e’ molto professionale e educato dai camerieri alle bariste alle signore delle pulizie… grazie per i bei giorni passati al castello ci vediamo presto …

Bellissima esperienza vivere in castello. Solo nelle favole? No, qui é possibile. Bello il castello, bellissima la veduta. L'appartamento ampio è con caratteristiche confacenti al contesto generale. L'unica cosa per me negativa la colazione al bar che dista km. 7 dal castello percorsi su una strada abbastanza impegnativa.
